Selden met eyes with Damien, who was sitting in his car a distance away from the hospital entrance. A smile flashing at the same time, Selden looked away and walked back into the hospital. He only gave up on Ava before this because she was about to get married to Damien. Ava loved Damien a lot, and he thought he would never have a chance with her again

That there was still hope for him to win Ava’s heart. Damien stared at Selden’s back and tightened his grip on the steering wheel. What was that man’s relationship with Ava? They appeared intimate, and they were also chit-chatting as well as laughing.

She really deserved to be punished! Damien tightened his grip on the steering wheel. He was about to start the car and drive home to get even with Ava when someone knocked on his car window. “Damien…” Beth was leaning against the car window with a smile on her face. “Why are you here? Are you here to pick me up?” She texted Damien before she came to the hospital. Damien frowned and said coldly, “I have something to do, so I’ll be leaving first.” Beth’s smile froze on her face. She grabbed the handle of the car door and said anxiously, “Damien, what are you going to do about the baby in my womb? It’s already two months old.” Only then did Damien turn to look at Beth. He said icily, “It’s your baby. What does it have to do with me?”

Beth’s expression changed a little, and she muttered, “But it’s also your baby…” Damien sneered, “Just get rid of it then.” After saying, he drove away… Leaving Beth standing rooted to the spot in a daze.

What did he mean?

Did he not care about his baby at all? How could he ask her to get rid of it just like that? Was it possible that he actually knew the truth about what happened that night? Damien didn’t have a good relationship with Ava, and he got involved in scandals with celebrities and models all the time. Seeing that Damien never refused any women’s advances, she secretly planned a chance encounter with him. She was thinking about having sex with him and then

He was probably so indifferent because he didn’t like children. However, Beth heard that Damien’s mother had wanted a grandchild for a very long time.
