Chapter 28: TWENTY-SEVEN

MEGHAN's POV

Days passed.

I was about to go down when I heard them talking, they were talking about the wedding that will be held

two days from now.

Their marriage continued. I don't know but despite what happened, I hope Jace will choose me. He will

choose me and not Cyanelle.

"Oh honey, you're awake!" Lucad stood up to greet me with a kiss. I avoided but he insisted and still

kissed me on the lips.

It was not noticed that Cyanelle was here. She was next to Jace as she caressed in front of the food.

"Ah Dad, Attorney Villar told me that everything is okay," Jace happily said to Lucas.

"Good to know, tomorrow morning, we will also prepare something to wear for your wedding day,"

Lucas said smiling before looking at me.

I calmed down again, we also remained silent for a few hours. I decided to go home.

I heard Sapphire fighting with Jeremy and Jace. Because of me. Their friendship was broken. Because

Jace immediately decides to get married while not finding out the truth.

It's four o'clock too. I was about to enter the house when I saw a car outside. This is not for Jace.

When I entered, no one was there, so I decided to go upstairs and get dressed first. I stayed a few

even adopted his own children," she said and turned to me.
