Chapter 19: Going back home

I walked to Grayson and some of his friends. His friends and really his whole pack were really good looking and attractive.

"Hey babygirl." he wrapped his arms around my waist.

"Hey Grayson." I smiled.

Ethan walked this way. "Grayson, I'm going somewhere after school. I'll be back in the late afternoon." Ethan said sternly.

I bit my lip and looked down. I really wanted to tell Grayson but that will be breaking Ethan's trust.

"And where are you going?" Grayson raised his eyebrow.

"I'm going to visit an old friend." Ethan lied.

"Mhmm..." Grayson looked down at me.

"Why is your heart racing then princess?" he whispered in my ear.

"It's n-othing." I lied.

"Your pulse is racing, your heart is beating so fast. So tell me what is Ethan lying about this time?" he looked up at Ethan. Ethan looked at me, so does some of Grayson's pack.

"Nothing." I lied. Ugh fuck.

"Hmm... interesting." Grayson smirked.

"So I'm going to ask you again, Ethan. This time you're going to look me in the eyes."

Ethan looked up at Grayson. Grayson's eyes were black.

"Ethan, where are you going this afternoon?" He smirked.

"Alpha..." Grayson was showing his dominance and he was dominating Ethan right now. Ethan was starting to back down.

"I'm going to visit a friend this afternoon." Ethan shouted.

"Don't shout at me." he growled loudly at Ethan.

"Sorry brother but I'm going to do this." he looked at me.

"Do what you must." Grayson let go of me and stormed off. I sighed.

"Guys, who want fight Andy and his pack later on?" Ethan asked.

"With all due respect, Ethan, we will happily fight with you if Grayson asked us to. We can't go behind his back, he is our Alpha and our King." Zayn said sternly.

"When are you all gonna even grow a pair of balls? Or do you like living in Grayson's shadow?" He growled.

What Ethan was doing? If he got caught trying to take the alpha's place, he will get kicked out of the pack and become a rouge. If Grayson had time find out or the Alpha could just kill him.

"Ethan, please don't do this." I pleaded.

Ethan hugged me. "I have to. I wanna make my brother proud of me for once, even if I die trying." he whispered in my ear.

"No Ethan, there are other ways. Please don't. I will fight with you." I said softly.

"That's very sweet, Danielle, but no, I won't put your life at risk. You're still my Luna and our princess." he rubbed my back.

"Please don't, Ethan." I pleaded.

"I'm going to." he let go of me. I sighed and rubbed his shoulder.

"At least tell Grayson so he could help you or get someone to help you or something." I said.

He just chuckled. "I'll be fine." he walked off.

"One thing I've learnt about the Dolans is that Grayson's always been the one who makes everyone proud, by his strength. Ethan has always followed in his brother's footsteps but the thing is, Grayson is the Alpha King. He is the one with powers, respected by everyone and Ethan just gets rejected by everyone." Zayn said.

"That's really bad." I said.

"Let's take you back, princess." Zayn said, smiling.

"Alright, and Danielle is just fine." I smiled.

"Okay." he walked me out of the building.

I saw Jessica and walked towards her. "Hey Jessica."

"Hey Danielle." she smiled. I hugged her and she returned the hug.

"What's up with Grayson?" Jessica asked.

"What do you mean?"

"He came rushing past us and sped off in his car." she said.

"Just some brother stuff going on."

"Right." Jessica raised her eyebrow skeptically.

"Oh I'm staying at my old house tonight." I said happily.

"Great!! Girls night!!" She shouted. I giggled. Shawn walked this way. novelbin

"Hey sister." he smiled.

"Hey Shawn." I hugged him. He poked me and I basically jumped.

"I'll see you at home Jessica, I'm gonna ride with my brother." I smiled.

"Okay, see you later." Jessica walked towards her car.

Zayn stood in front of me. "My Luna, don't worry about Ethan or Grayson. Have a good time with your brothers and friends tonight. Call me or any of us if you need anything." he smiled.

I pulled him in for a hug and he hugged me back. "Thanks Zayn." I whispered in his ear. He smiled and walked off.

"Let's go. Luna." Shawn teased me.
