“Okay.” Nobody knew whether Ethan really wanted to look for Tanner or if he had other ideas in his mind, but he actually agreed to Caleb’s suggestion.

At the same time, Alice was indeed in Room 1909, but she wasn’t alone. Together with her was Archie and an adorable little boy, who had delicate, cute features and a pair of brilliant, dark eyes.

His name was Apollo Woland.

Seven years ago, on her eighteenth birthday, Alice was set up by someone. That time, she was in a state of confusion and couldn’t remember much. All she remembered was when she woke up the next day, she found herself in a strange room, aching all over her body. Despite that, she knew that someone had set her up, and she was afraid that she would see a scene that she couldn’t accept. Also, she was worried that the person who set her up would catch her ‘red- handed’, so she slipped off after putting on her clothes quietly.

When she returned home, she ran into Travis, who had been looking for her frantically, and he was the one who took care of everything that happened afterward for her.

Travis seemed to be very solemn and in a dilemma at that time, and it happened to be their grandfather’s birthday that day. So, he told her that he would fill her in on the details after celebrating Charles’ birthday.

Right now, she didn’t know that someone was heading toward Room 1909 to retrieve her fingerprints, and neither did she know that Apollo’s identity was in danger of exposure!

“The first step of our plan is a success.”

In Room 1909, Archie glanced at the calm Alice. The plans for the wedding earlier went very smoothly, and the results exceeded their expectations.

He was so filled with glee and excitement that he couldn’t remain as composed as her. “When are we starting step two of the plan?”

“Soon…” Alice shifted her gaze away from Apollo, and her eyes slowly turned stone cold.

With the death of her parents and her brother, who was still in a coma to this day, she would definitely settle the score one by one. Nevertheless, she wouldn’t be so dumb as to act rashly by fighting fire with

fire and with her own life.

After seven years of preparation, she returned to find evidence that Thomas and Elijah killed her parents back then.

She wanted to use the most conventional and transparent method to seek justice for her parents!

What happened today were the seeds Thomas had sown, and she was merely bringing justice for those eleven lost lives.

As for those children, they really were Thomas’ own children. He had been keeping several mistresses in secret abroad, and most of them were fooled by him. Initially, Alice simply wanted Naomi to find out that Thomas was having mistresses abroad to cause chaos in the Yeager household. Still, those women were so infuriated that they brought their children to the wedding to cause a scene.

“It will be too easy on Bruce Yeager to transfer the Woland Group under his name.” However, Archie was still slightly reluctant to agree to her scheme regarding this matter.

Everyone from the Yeager Family made him sick. But, even if he knew of Alice’s plan, he still thought it was too easy on Bruce to have the Woland Group transferred under his name—although it was only temporary—and he couldn’t wait to crush Bruce under his feet.

Apollo smirked. “Mr. Moreno, be a kind and honest person. Mom had dug no less than twenty ‘holes’ and buried at least ten ‘landmines’ in the Woland Group. Even if the holes don’t bury him alive, he would be ‘blown’ to pieces. How is this easy on him?” Seated across from Archie, Apollo was a lot shorter than him, but his miniature stature couldn’t hide the brilliance in his eyes!

“Well, it was just a thought.” At the thought of the traps Alice had planted in the Woland Group, Archie couldn’t help but chuckle.

Indeed, Bruce wouldn’t benefit from this, which was also the case for Thomas. When the time came, they would only end up worse!

On the other hand, Alice didn’t join in on their conversation as her eyes dimmed slightly. If it was only to crush the Yeager Family, she really didn’t have to go through so much hassle, but she aimed to find solid evidence that they killed her parents seven years ago.
