Marie grew worried when noticing the change in Jalen.

Elaina ignored Jalen and Marie and whispered to Theodore, “I wonder when the item I sponsored will be

auctioned.”

She was quite curious about the final price.

“It’s still early. Mr. Dorthea’s new works haven’t been available in the market for so many years. Your painting must be the final auction item,” Theodore replied.

But he immediately shook his head and asked, “Are you sure it’s okay to donate his painting just like this?”

“He is my master and won’t say anything about it.” Elaina curled her lips with no worry and added, “Besides, he gave me that painting, so I have the right to decide what it’ll be used for.”

“That’s true. You are his last student. I don’t think he will blame you.”

“Of course, he’s very kind to me.”
