On the second floor, Jalen and Quincy watched the farce downstairs.

“The woman who made you lose control seems to be in trouble. Aren’t you going to help?” The corners of Quincy’s mouth curled up as he looked at the man beside him.

“Help? Why should I help her? I don’t know her well.” Jalen sneered.

“You gave her a pair of earrings worth 10 million dollars?” Quincy chuckled.

Jalen’s expression changed. He then said, “I already said that it was to thank her for saving Marie.”

Quincy did not argue with him. Jalen was probably the only one who knew why.

The appraiser that Ross contacted quickly arrived at the scene. While waiting for the result, many people were whispering. Marie also looked like she was waiting for a good show.

In their eyes, this was just a fake painting. Elaina was just stubborn.

Not long after, the result came out.

“Let’s see how you are going to argue now!” Someone shouted angrily and looked at the appraiser. “Mr. Swift,

this painting is fake, right?”

Brandon Swift did not say anything. He looked at Elaina. He was curious about the identity of this girl.

“Dr. Gainsford, what else do you want to say? The result has come out.” Marie could not help but ask. She really did not understand why Elaina was so calm.
