Chapter 14

Emma closed her eyes. She didn't want to explain. Not even a word.

Because she knew that no matter what she said, Glenn would never believe her.

"Glenn, help me..." Celia flopped down on the floor with tearful eyes, and piteously reached out her

bloody hand to Glenn.

Glenn immediately took her hand and held Celia in his arms. His eyes turned to see Celia's white dress

which had mostly been colored by blood.

Emma, a woman with a mean heart, not only cheated on him with Jamie, but now she even wanted to

kill Celia! She was really a malicious shrew! Glenn thought.

He spoke to Emma angrily, “Emma, how dare you hurt Celia! I should have killed you!"

Emma still closed her eyes tightly, but even that, she could not prevent tears from pouring out.

She tightened her lips and said nothing.

"Glenn, I'm so dizzy..." Celia grabbed Glenn's collar and said weakly, "Would you please take me to the

hospital? My wound hurts..." novelbin

Glenn stared at Emma who was in silence, and said chillingly, "You'll pay for it!"

Then he picked up Celia and left without looking back.

During the whole time, he didn't seem to see the blood of Emma which had dyed a large area of the

floor red.

As soon as Glenn were far away, Emma finally fell on the floor.

The wound was still bleeding. Emma looked at the red blood spreading in front of her, and smiled

pathetically.

She thought that she may really die this time...

She felt so sorry for her unborn child and her dead mother...

Glenn raced all the way to send Celia to the emergency room. The Doctors and nurses rushed there

and pushed Celia into the operating room.

In the quiet corridor, Glenn stood against the wall.

Celia was in the operating room, but it was so strange that Glenn's mind was not about her. Instead, it

was about Emma, who didn’t said a word at all.

He was really confused. Normally, she would explain everything . How could this time be abnormal and

didn't say a word?

And the ambiguous photos of Emma and Jamie's made Glenn feel angry and unbearable every time he

thought of them.

The thought of someone other than him touching Emma's body made Glenn want to tear Jamie into

pieces.

Glenn paced a few steps impatiently at the door of the operating room. At last, he couldn't help but turn

around and walk out of the hospital.

He needed to find the woman to talk about the affair of her infidelity!

Glenn stepped on the accelerator, and drove back to the villa at a speed faster than before when he

sent Celia to the hospital.

In the hospital, Celia's abdominal wound had finished binding earlier.

She didn’t hurt herself severely. The wound was just external. Though it bled a lot, it didn't hurt the

internal organs.

She was lying on the operating bed and playing with her mobile phone, pretended be still in rescue.

Just then, a nurse hurriedly pushed the door and whispered to Celia, "Miss Celia, Mr. Cooper just left in

a hurry."

Celia sat up straight immediately and frowned. "What do you mean he's left? Where did he go?"

The nurse shook her head and reported what she saw, "I only saw that Mr. Cooper went to the garage

angrily and hurriedly, and then his car left the hospital. According to the direction he headed, maybe he

had gone to the Second Street..."

The Second Street? That’s exactly the way to the villa.

Was Glenn back to Emma?

No way! She wanted Emma to die. She couldn't let Glenn save her life!

“Call Glenn and tell him I am massively bleeding in the operation and my heart stop beating. Ask him to

come back right now!”
