Chapter 22 In a quest to destroy Elle

Giselle came down from the car staring around. She smirked and clenched her fists angrily and then she removed her sunglasses as she stared at the big building.

MIRALLAS was written boldly in front of it.

She remembered Jason's words and she clenched her fists more tightly.

"I swear Danielle Browns, I'm going to make life hell for you. You will regret ever coming to this country. First, I'll start by destroying all the endorsements you have. And your plan to get Jason will go to waste cause I'll be the one getting him. Jason's mine forever.." She thought and walked in.

She walked straight to the manager's office. He was on a call when she walked in. He had a surprised look when he saw her. Giselle just rolled her eyes and sat on the cushion a few distance away from him.

After a while, he ended the call and faced her.

"Wow! Giselle. It's such a pleasant surprise to see you..:

"Well, Richard. It's not pleasant to see you.." Giselle said and dropped her bag, then she stood up.

She folded her hands under her chest and walked to him.

"Tell me how much did Elle pay you?"

Richard furrowed his brows.

"I want to know how much she paid you cause you can't just allow her to be the face of MIRALLAS. Stop acting dumb, you know how it works here. It's not very easy to be the face of this prestigious company. It's either your money or your body. So I want to know how much did she pay you or did she sleep with you?" Giselle asked with an angry look and Richard grinned.

He stood up and shook his head.

"She gave me nothing. I was surprised too but …"

"Hold it!" Giselle snarled.

"You know fully well how I got into MIRALLAS and also how I obtained my position here in this company. It's not easy. And here you are acting like a saying here, come on, give me the price.." She asked.

Richard walked to her laughing.

"Seriously Giselle, I have not seen you so desperate like this. What's wrong?" Richard asked, already standing in front of her.

Giselle ignored his question.

"So if Elle didn't get here through her money nor her body, can you help me get her out of this company. Cancel her deal or anything.." Giselle said and Richard laughed again.

Giselle rolled her eyes and yanked off her top leaving her in a bra only. Richard's eyes widened and he gulped hard immediately.

"I'm willing to do anything, even this. We are used to this, Richard. I know you can help me with this. Just kick her out of this company.." Giselle pleaded.

Richard moved more closer to her and wrapped his hands around her bare waist. He smirked and then kissed her bare neck while Giselle pulled him closer to him.

He whispered to her.

"I want this twice. Not only once.."

"Anything you want.." Giselle whispered back.

"Don't worry, my office is sound proofed.." He said and then carried her to the cushion.

"I seriously can't get enough of you.." Richard whispered and pulled her into a deep kiss before taking off her bra.

Night.

Elle came out of the room. She walked into Kiera's room and met her sleeping. She smiled and then kissed her forehead.

She studied her facial features and that was when she realised that Kiera indeed had a resemblance to Jason. Not just in looks tho. Even in her attitude.

"I'm sorry, Baby. I know I'm keeping the truth from you but it's never my intention to do so, I want to protect you from this evil world till my last breath. You deserve to know your father, maybe if I'm through with my mission. Just maybe, you will get to meet your dad. I'm sure he will be glad to know he has a daughter. But I just need you to be safe. I love you princess.." She whispered and kissed her forehead again.

Then she stood up and walked outside.

Her phone rang and she rolled her eyes when she saw who was calling. It was Tyson.

But she answered the call.

"Hello, Sweetheart, how are you?"

"I'm fine and how are you? How's your mum?" novelbin

"She's fine…"

"It's morning here so I'm guessing. You won't be back today right. Or will you?"

"I'll be back today. It's still night here so I'll probably be back in the afternoon there.." Elle replied and Tyson chuckled.

"That's actually a good thing. My Dad's birthday is in two days. I thought you won't be able to make it, that's why I called.."

"Oh! The governor's birthday is in two days. I'm going to attend! Why not! He's been so good to me that I'll feel so bad if I don't attend.." Elle replied and Tyson chuckled again.

"Wow! You're already acting like you're his daughter in law. Why don't we get married soon?" Tyson asked and Elle scrunched her face in disgust.

"In my dreams!" She thought and rolled her eyes.

"You are going way too fast baby, I'm not even your girlfriend yet so how can I marry you?" Elle asked.

"I'm planning to make you mine soon…" He said and she scoffed inwardly.

"Okay, I need to prepare for my flight tomorrow's morning. I'll call you later.." She said and then hung up.

"In his dreams! I will never think of marrying such fool not in my wildest dreams.." Shd mumbled and walked away.
