Killer (The Satan Sniper's Motorcycle Club book 5)

Chapter 23 (Killer)

Chapter 23 (Killer)

The flight to Seattle goes quickly, and after an hour’s drive we are arriving at the Prison.

After signing in, and a talk with the warden, we wait for GABRIEL. He takes his time to get to the

phone, and I lift it up.

“So what brings you two fuckers all the way here?” He has changed. I remember Gabriel, he was once

a close friend to Aliyana, before she married Marco and the shit fest started. His once innocent face is

stained in sin, and the distant look on his face has lost any of his childhood charm.

The Made-man’s curse. How the fuck he chose this over a woman and child is beyond my

understanding. But he has, and now he’s tucked in this shit hole eating crappy food and sleeping with novelbin

one eye on his makeshift knife and the other on his dick.

“Came to congratulate you,” My words are short.

His mouth thins, “Sienna had the baby? Are they safe?”

I shrug, but it’s on purpose, “Depends, is your father going to be a problem?”

He rubs his hand on his face and touches his nose.

“I’m not sure. She went after my fucking brother and uncle. Letting that slide is a show of weakness.”

“Maybe a show of weakness will be a good idea, she’s under my protection. I have no qualms ending a

generation or two,” I tell him, and it is the truth. If I had to take out every DeMarco, I would.

“Fuck, Killer, you asking me to shoot a bull in its face,” Gabriel says.

“If you want to have a name to rule, then I suggest that is what you do and make it quick. Because I

smell one of you near those two, game over.” I put the phone down, my warning clear, and Snake and I

leave that shitty place.

We stop at the Greek Restaurant near our next stop. Making the meeting a quick one, we drive out into

the countryside and it takes an extra 30 minutes to get to the Castle. The place is ancient and has been

passed down in the DeMarco bloodline. It was also the home of Marco Catelli and his wife.

The guards open the gate and we drive through. I recall the last time I was here on Mercer Island. I

didn’t drive in and I wasn’t invited.

“How do you plan to handle this? Marco is hard-headed,” Snake asks me as I drive to the parking

space.

“I don’t, it’s not him we’re going to see, it’s Aliyana,” I inform him as he plays with the Snake tattoo on

his neck.

“I thought you left that shit behind?”

“You don’t leave the shadows. I bought myself 10 years, but that isn’t why we are here. Sienna told me

that Marco won’t come after her, what she didn’t mention was him being involved, and he has no

reason to want the DeMarco’s dead.”

Snake smiles, “But Aliyana would if it meant protecting Diamond.”

“But wait, why would Aliyana want to protect Diamond? She’s only close to Frost...” He stops whatever

else he is going to say and smiles, shaking his head.

“Fuck, I’m going to need a road map once all this shit is done,” He says.

“You and me, brother.” I switch the car off and head into the Queens den. My senses heighten and I

already know this meeting will not go that well.

I was once part of the Shadows, and I will die being part of the Shadows, but for now, I was free from

that part of my life, but Aliyana knew that when the time came and the war in the 5th state began to

spill over into unchartered territory I would be by her side ready to fight for the ones who can't.
