right mind would be willing to marry a person in a coma? Natalie thought to herself with an inexplicable
sourness in her heart. “Casper Langston, do you feel wronged here?” she asked, thinking how the
pride of the Langston Family was now just a cripple who could not even care for himself.
Unconsciously, she softened her tone as she continued, “Don’t worry. Since I’ve already taken on your
family name, I will take good care of you from now on.” Then, she boldly took Casper’s pulse. Natalie
was a woman with a medical background. After her mother had passed, she inherited most of her
mother’s medical knowledge and other books her mother had collected over the years. However, her
