Chapter 26: Second School Fight 2

Glen's POV

I was getting exited now that it makes my heart beat faster and making me anxious.

I was looking at them and trying to analyze the situation that we are in.

(Can we really do this? Can we defeat them or just run? But I don't want to chicken out you know..... I

guess we’ll just have to find it out)

But still they are strong and I can't deny it. Tobios is an elemental and Antonette was good in making

potions.

(They could just defeat us in an instant. I already fought with Tobios and he sure is good at using his

powers. HECK HE WAS DAMN TO GOOD TO BE ABLE TO DESCRIBE IT. I don't know for Antonette

maybe I could ask Lee for any information since she is one in her class)

"Hey Kaylee did you see her fight" I said.

"Yup she usually uses sleeping potions and healing potions. She also knows how to enhance abilities

by her potions" she said looking at me.

"Over all she's a pretty much good as a back-up or a source of power" I said making her nod.

"NOW ARE YOU READY TO GET YOURSELVES BEATEN HUH" Tobios shouted at the other side

making me chuckle.

"COME ON YOU ARE TO FULL OF YOURSELF" I shouted back as I stare at him and he just

shrugged at me proudly with a grin on his face.

I got ticked with that grin on his face making my hands twitch and irked to hit something and that is his

face.

We immediately both fix ourselves and prepared for the fight that will eventually start. They also did

and just look at us with sheepishly grins making me get annoyed.

"I'll fucking wipe that smile on your face idiot" I mumble in gritted teeth.

I turn my head and look around and saw that there are already students running to the arena just to

watch our fight.

"Where the heck did this people even came from-- oh yeah the cafeteria" I mumble in realization while

looking at them.

They were all from different classes because their faces are not familiar with me. I look at my watch

and saw that we still have thirty minutes before the bell rings.

(I guess they came just to watch this stupid battle. I can't even remember who started it... oh I guess

maybe be-- It was them who started everything.... this is all their fault)

(But you like this fight aren't you) my mind said making me stop protesting since it was the truth.

(Fuck off) I argued to myself before looking back at the two opponents.

"Let's make this a friendly game" Tobios said before smirking.

I look at him and give him a questioning look and then I realized something.

"I think he means the other way around" Kaylee mumble making me look at her and nod.

"YUP..... That was probably the other way around" I agreed while looking at her.

"It should have been these words.... Guess Lee, let's break a leg" I said to Kaylee.

"No let's break some legs since they're two" she corrected me then suddenly we started chuckling until

it turned as a laugh.

(I bet some are confused as to why are we still laughing at a situation like this. We’re going to get into a

fight and we might end up getting beaten and humiliated at the end but still we had the guts to make a

joke and laugh around, Are we nuts-- Nah but I guess that's who we are. Being serious is not on

usually in us because if we do that is another thing to be discussed)

We all stare at each other waiting for the one to start the war. Usually we don't start the fight because

we are taught to be very cautious when fighting.

(My grandfather said that let the prey come and then you will catch it, only when it is necessary that

you be the prey. So we always follow that. I also taught this one to Lee so that she could also learn how

to defend herself after what happen back then)

And just like that, suddenly Tobios decided to start the war and attacked us.

He created fire balls in the air and send it flying to our direction making both of us jump and dodge it

immediately.

Then suddenly I saw Antonette coming towards us while creating a potion and throwing it to our

direction making us to jump again and this time, we both separated.

"So I guess that was their plan. To make us both separate" I mumble while looking as Lee and I nod at

her and she also nods.

We both then landed on a safe distance away from them and Kaylee didn't waste time and casted a

spell directed to them but suddenly Antonette counter attacked it with her potion creating a explosion.

It helped us to create I diversion so that we could create more distance from them.

When suddenly the smoke from the explosion suddenly vanished as soon as we landed away from

them and revealed our opponents.

Tobios was holding a sword in his hands, the same sword he used when we fought.

"What a cheap trick? You think that would work against us" Tobios said while swaying his sword.

"I just only needed to buy some time" I snorted at him then I look at Kaylee.

"Kaylee weapons" I shouted to her and she nods.

She raised her wand and made the weapons in the stadium came near me and falls unto the ground

just around me.

I immediately move and pick up a sword while Kaylee was suddenly attacked by Antonette making her

jump and dodge it.

They both are now fighting already while going to the other side.

"They really plan to separate us the" I mumble to myself while turning my eyes at Tobios.

I grip on the sword and look at him and I was alerted when he suddenly charges at me now.

He immediately jumps in was on the air and he slashed his sword just above me but I immediately

countered it and use the sword I was holding.

His sword hit my sword that I used as a shield and we were both pushing each other trying to win the

other.

I was then pushed a little back and he smirked but I didn't let him win so I held my ground and tried to

push him. When he suddenly positioned his left leg to the other side and tries to kick me but I

immediately saw it and use my right arm as a shield to deflect his kick and it worked.

(Using dirty tricks) I thought while getting pissed already.

"You fucker what is really your problem" I glared and spat at him.

"You are my problem. You piss me off" he spat with the same venom.

"That's unreasonable" I spat while glaring at him.

I withdraw and jump back since he created a fire ball and tried to hit me with it.

"Shit" I cursed. (I forgot he could manipulate fire)

He was about the hit me again with his sword but I immediately reacted and use the sword that I

holding to deflect his attack and I was shocked when I saw it break making me jump away from him

and look at the broken sword.

"Shit.... he broke it. I think for the main time I need to think twice when using my sword" I mumble in

surprise and when I look at him, he was smirking.

I immediately throw it and picked another one. A larger one so that it could withstand his sword.

He charged at me again and I tried to dodge him and jump to the other side when suddenly he created

five flying fire birds to my retreating figure.

I leap and dodge the flying fire birds but I was caught by the last one hitting me making me fly and

crash on the ground.

I groan in pain while trying to stand up.

"GLEN" I heard Kaylee shouted from afar and I glace at her and saw her looking at me in worry but

suddenly she was attacked by Antonette making her look at her and defend herself.

"So what, that's the only thing you've got huh" he said cockily making me glare at Tobios and clench my novelbin

fist. I tried to stand up bit groan in pain while touching my stomach where that attack hit.

(That crash was really painful and it's affecting my balance) I tried to stand in wobbling feet and then

look at him only to bit hit by something.

Suddenly I was surprised by a fist hitting my stomach hitting the same place where the attack while ago

hits making me flew back.

I cough and hit the ground again with my back. I groan and feel the pain again but this time I felt twice

the pain than the first one.

My vision was suddenly blurry and my hearing was distorted making me feel nauseous and I nearly

choked in the process.

(He's really strong and powerful and I can't deny that thought. I think I might suffer too much from this--

but damn this makes my blood boil and makes me excited than never before)

I tried to blink several times to regain my vision and tried raising my body.

Suddenly Kaylee appeared beside me and created a barrier around us.

"Just stay still" she said and then I suddenly feel my body not aching anymore and my strength is

slowly returning back. I look at her confused while trying to catch my breaths and try to calm myself

down while looking around.

"Relax and take a deep breath I'm healing you" she said and I look at her face and she has bruises to.

I immediately raise my body and grab her hands while looking at her in worry.

"You have bruises too heal them first" I practically said making her smile and hit my head.

"Ouch that her" I said holding my head.

"Idiot you're the one who took lots of damage here. This are just bruises but yours are not" she said

while pointing to her hands and to me.

"Are you done with your drama" Antonette shouted making both of us look at them.

They were just outside the barrier Kaylee created looking proudly.

"You done there" Tobios smugly said holding his sword.

I got pissed and look at Kaylee.

"Kaylee make me light and invisible ones you lift the barrier" I said to her making her nod.

"Sure, but can we beat them. Look at what his damage done to you. If you got hit again with that then-"

"We don't have to beat them" I cut her off making her face flash a confused look.

"What do you mean we don't have to beat them" she said with a curious tone making me smirk and

look at them.

"We'll only need to hit those beautiful faces" I bluntly said and look at her.

She was looking at me intently. She looks at them trying to realize what I have just said.

I waited for response when she smirked and then looks at me with a happy smile.

"Yeah we already know that we can't beat them but ruining their faces are a good idea" she said while

clapping her hands in enjoyment.

"Yup we just have to hit it hard like never before and we can already stop" I said to her and she nods at

me.

"So are you in" I said looking at her when suddenly I hear something hit the barrier and we both got

shock and look at them.

Antonette was smirking while Tobios was pointing his hands towards us.

(I guess his the one that made that hole on the barrier)

I look at Kaylee and she was glaring at Antonette too.

"So are you in" I repeated making her look at me again.

She smiled evilly and glance at them before looking at me again.

"Of course I'm definitely in. I want to destroy that face of hers" she giggled while resisting to laugh

evilly.

We both smile and look at them with determination making them both looked curious and then looked

amused by our sudden determination.

"Let's break some legs" I mumble and glare at Tobios.
