Chapter 7: First Encounter

Glen's POV

"ARE YOU TRYING TO FUCKING KILL YOURSELF THERE HUH... YOU'RE JUST LIKE JUMPING

ON FIRE!!! LITERALLY JUMPING ON A FIRE GLEN!!!" Kaylee screamed at me making me jump in

surprise at the same time when we were already out of the room.

She practically drags me out of that room and here she is screaming on my face about what I did a

while ago.

I immediately cover my ears with the both of my hands since it really hurts and she's too loud. Loud

enough to attract attention from the other students.

Students who are passing by are now glancing and looking towards us making me uncomfortable and

self-conscious.

I looked at them and they immediately look away and continue what they are doing but some still look

at us.

(I kind of feel embarrassed for the both of us since I think this girl can't feel it. She's making a scene

here so now I was dragging her to a less crowded place so she can shout all she wants)

"Where are we going? You know that I'm still not done-"

"To the mountain. Where are we going? To the-" she was about to hit me so I immediately raise my

hand.

"Hep-" I said raising my hand in front of her making her stop.

"I'm talking seriously yet you are making-" I cut here again.

"Cut it already were attracting attention from other students and we don't want to have then watch a

drama here. If you know what I mean?" I said raising my eyebrow.

She looked embarrassed for a moment after she turns around and saw the other students looking at us

at the back.

After I saw that there were no more students then I let go of her hand.

"Now you can shout all you want" I said while closing my eyes.

Then she suddenly smacks my head making me open my eyes and touch it as soon as her hands

leaved my head.

"Sorry okay, I did that because he doesn't want to tell me. So, I thought might as well just make him

show it to them" I reason out while swaying my hands in the air.

"BUT YOU CAN'T DO THAT YOU-- you might get yourself in trouble or worse he'll--"

I patted her shoulder to reassure her that nothings gonna happen though I don't really know.

"Don't worry I won't do that again and I appreciate it, thank you for caring. Besides if he dares punch

me I'll just dodge it and punch him back you know" I told her while raising her an eyebrow.

"Oh... don't talk about crap you know. Do you even think you can dodge his fist?" she challenges

making me scoff.

"Oh, come on these muscles can do something you know... don't even underestimate me couz" I

defended while showing my biceps.

She looked at my hands before she started to laugh her lungs out in the open.

"W--here are t--hose biceps that y--ou are talking about? I can't see them" she said in between laughter

while inspecting my hands.

I groan and push her a little bit making her move away from me. But before that I could still see that

she’s angry and annoyed at me about a while ago although it's really my fault why she's angry.

(But to tell you the truth I can't really figure out this girl since she was losing it a moment ago and now,

she is laughing so hard. Is she losing it already that much?)

"Come on stop it already. Rather than mocking at my biceps, make fun of your bellies" I said and that

made her stop laughing and she glares at me dangerously.

I gulp and look away and change the topic.

"I--it really wasn't my fault what happen a moment ago" I said to her trying to change that topic but still I

saw her looking at her waist then she glares at me.

(It's that bastard who doesn't want to speak to me. Well I needed to take desperate we'll not that

desperate but--yeah measures to get him to talk right. Besides that, was so damn stressful I hope my

classes with him is that subject only or else I might be in big trouble just like she said) I ranted and

complained to myself while looking at nothing in precise.

I suddenly looked at Kaylee and saw her calming herself while looking at the ground were, we are.

Inhale...exhale...inhale...exhale...

"Oh, geez Kaylee... have you already calmed yourself?" I asked her and she glared at me.

Her glare is not much intimidating but rather cute if I my say. She is kind of trying to make it

intimidating, I guess. And before talking she smacked my head making me groan and hiss in pain.

"That hurts you now--" I said rubbing the part where she hit.

"Tsk... don't even excuse yourself. I know that kind of face dumbass" she exclaimed while still glaring at

me.

"W--hat are y--ou talking--"

"You think that I'm not that intimidating... huh... well like to see how can I be--"

"HEP" I exclaimed while raising my hand cutting whatever is she going to say.

"Uhm... erm.... can we just let this fly away? Like the butterfly in the garden?" I asked her while making

a peace sign with my hand.

I heard her sigh making me cheer up and smile so bright.

"That's still not enough for making me worry about what happen a moment ago. Be lucky that Sir

Trevor is there or else your fucking screwed like shit" she said making me stop smiling and look at her,

surprised.

(She usually doesn’t use those language. I thought that I just misheard her words a while ago. So,

hearing her say it makes me uncomfortable at the same time surprised and shocked)

"Where is the real Kaylee, you impostor? Where did you even take her?" I asked like I was

interrogating someone fake.

"Oh.... shut up already and let's go" She said annoyed and walk away.

"You're really fucking using those language" I said while grinning.

"Oh.... could you please stop already...? I used them all the time. I just say it in a whisper or not rather

inside my head" she said making me look at her when I caught up with her.

Suddenly we busted laughing like idiots along the hallway.

"Come on already and let's go" she said making me nod my head and we both move forward.

(Thank goodness no one is here... or else they'll think that we have already lost it)

We were at the parking lot of this school waiting for my brother to come since he is our ride. And we

are now waiting for ages and he is still not coming. Literally no sign of him anywhere.

"Why is that idiot so late?" I groan in annoyance while watching other students pass us with confused

looks.

"I'm already getting bored... could you text him Kaylee" I told Kaylee and she nods.

"Okay.... let me see what I can do" she said and pull out her phone on her bag.

By the way we were leaning on the front of the car. Kaylee was tapping her phone trying to get in touch

with my idiot brother.

Me on the other hand, pulled my headset and mp3 player out and played a music to kill some time.

I was looking around, admiring the school's landscape. The tall buildings, the magic all around it and

the beautiful sky when suddenly someone blocked my view and stop in front of us.

My mood faltered when I looked at who is in front of us. The girl who is with the group of people who

which Kaylee hates because they stole our table at the cafeteria which is according to her by the way.

"We'll, we'll what have we here. Are you lost or are you trying to steal that car?" the girl said and I look

at her. (What was here name again... ahh never mind...)

I sigh before looking at my phone again (Oh please I don't have much energy to argue and fight with

her. Can't she just walk away and be gone or fly off immediately?) I thought while looking at my phone.

"Oh, Hi Antonette. Yup we're trying to steal this car. Mind helping us" Kaylee said humorously making

me shake my head at her.

"Kaylee don't! you’re going to waste your time arguing with her" I said swaying my hands to stop her.

She stops and look at me then suddenly got the idea and she just went back to her phone. I also look

at my phone and saw that there is no message from Ace.

(Where is that idiot? is his class that long?... or he's just making us wait for him...? that bastard wait till

he comes here)

"If you please, this part of the parking lot is only exclusive for important people. Are you important? So

might as well just scramble away" she cockily said while maintaining herself from bursting out, but we

still just ignored her.

(Looks like Kaylee got it since I saw her fishing out her headset and plugged it in her ears)

I resisted to chuckle at that. So, we are both completely ignoring the girl in front of us. (Maybe she's

already fuming in anger or even better burning in rage)

"You think you could just ignore me...huh" she busted angrily but I heard it only as a statement because

of the music.

I can still hear her since only one of the pairs of the headset is on my ear the other is hanging on my

shirt. But for Kaylee, she can't because both ears have been covered.

Then Kaylee hum to the music trying to piss the girl more and she did quite well.

(The girl is sure angry as a monster, heck she's in rage. I think we better get water to calm her down) I

chuckled at my thoughts.

Suddenly a strong hands grip unto my collar surprising me by the sudden turn of events. I slowly look

at the person and I froze by the sudden change of atmosphere but I held my self.

It was the same person who held me a while ago. Same eyes which amazed me-- (What the.... what

the hell am I talking about)

I shake my thoughts and try to push this person holding my collar but he had a strong grip which I can't

break free.

"What the heck are you trying to do...? huh" he said in a dangerous tone making me gulp.

It was not a question but rather than in a statement making me shiver for a moment.

"What are you saying I'm not doing anything" I scowled at him.

"Get the fuck off him" I hear Kaylee shouted.

(Please tell me she is fine) I totally forgot about her and so I immediately look at her.

Relief came to me when I saw her untouched and looking well. She tried to come closer but the boy

holding my collar give her and intense glare making her stop in her tracks and made a step back.

(I would do the same if I was her. This boy is powerful and deadly. Especially the boy is giving her a

dangerous glare)

"Just let her go... it's me that you want right" I simply stated trying to bargain Kaylee out.

He shook me again and that really hurt.

"Do you think I would just let the both of you go just like that" he said in a serious tone making me gulp

again.

I stare at him with no expression just like what grandpa told me.

If someone threatens you don't show any expression. Don't let them read you just relax and be calm.

"Then tell us what we did wrong to make you do this?" I simply stated and he looks taken a back then

suddenly he was annoyed and shake me again.

"Heck.... you don't know what you did...." he said in disbelief. I just stare at him.

(Ouch my head hurts. What the heck is this person’s problem anyway.... does he already lose it?)

"Well.... you don't know what you did.... you made her cry" he said pointed at the girl on the ground

sobbing. (What the that.... what a faker)

"I didn't.... we didn't even touch her. Heck.... we didn't even talk to her" I nearly shouted.

"What do you think? I'll fucking believe you maybe you called her names" he said and grip more

making me choke and hard to breath.

"Tobios that's enough already..." I hear someone said. He turns around and I took that as an

opportunity to use all my force and push him away as far as I could.

And I successfully pushed him making him nearly stumble. I suck all the air I could suck in and tried to

calm and maintain my breathing.

They all look surprised and Kaylee immediately went near me holding her wand ready for a fight.

"What the fuck is your problem? Want to kill someone... then go fucking kill your fucking self... you

fucking bastard..." she said making me chuckle at her.

"That's a lot of fucking to be done you know" I snicker making Kaylee smacked my head again.

"Just shut up already... or I'll smack you again" she said raising her hand and I immediately covered my

head.

He looks at us then glared. Then the girl spoke her first words like a baby (A fucking fake baby)

"I was just befriending them but they push me away and ignored me" she sobs.

They all look at us with an angry and confused expression.

"She's lying and we know that" Kaylee snicker.

Suddenly we saw a teacher passing by we look at each other and made a silly smile.

Then we made our act of the year. We screamed and shouted for help.

"HELP SOMEBODY HELP US. WE ARE BEING BULLIED. HEPL US" we both shouted in unison. And

to make it real and convincing we shed tears like never before.

(I don't know but it just came out...was it a talent don’t know.... so, let the acting begin) novelbin

The teacher finally noticed us and immediately approached us and we beg for help like the world is

ending.

"What is happening here?" she questioned with a worried face and the others turn around and look at

her shocked.

"Help us teacher they bullying us" Kaylee was now crying and sobbing so I held her.

(Looks like she took it to the limit. I guess she... I'll do the same then, you think you’re the only one who

can act never...)

"Yes... teacher he held my collar and wanted to punch me" I said pointing at the boy. I was shaking also

to make it convincing.

"Yes teacher... help us..." Kaylee said in tears while holding me.

The teacher is surprised at the same time I saw pity and sympathy. Then she looks at the group and to

us.

"They are lying. They are faking it..." the girl snicker and stands up immediately. The boys were

shocked so she immediately goes on her knees and sob. (Such a Fake)

"No teacher... they hurt me first" she said trying to make her act but failed when the teacher shakes her

head in disapproval.

"Help us teacher..." Kaylee continued and she did convince the teacher.

The teacher came close to us with a worried look.

"Alright you two can stand now" she said and look at the four.

"We w--were just -just w--waiting for someone and then they came" Kaylee continued.

"But-" she tried to reason out but it didn't work.

"No buts Ms. Frowyer. I already knew your attitude. And I knew you better Mr. Archibard. Office now"

she said. I hear the other two just chuckle.

"-and Mr. Colttron and Mr. Lockwood you should knew better than to watch" she finished.

Then she looked at us and give us a warm smile. "Be careful next time and the four of you don't try to

hurt other students" she scolds them and they all disappear.

When we already know that they are gone we busted chuckling then it turned to be laughter. We

laughed our hearts out like never before while wiping out tears.

"That was some good acting... maybe the best so far that we ever did" I told her amazed.

"Yours was nothing" she tease.

"Hey girls are more appropriate to do that than me imagine it me crying and begging her to help us" I

said giving her a lesson.

"But damn...... someone helped us escaped that or else were doomed" I said and she nods her head in

approval.

"Yup.... that teacher is a life saver" she stated.

"We'll have to thank her next time" I replied.

And just like that my brother came out of nowhere.

"You are too early, too early dear brother" I trailed off dangerously and he give us a nervous laughter.

"Sorry got caught with something" he chuckles nervously while scratching his neck.

"Really..." We both said in unison.
