Charles kept his words and didn't go home for a whole week.

The next Saturday his car finally appeared at the entrance of the villa.

"Charles!"

The moment Cherry heard the sound of the car, she couldn't wait to run downstairs without changing her pajamas.But Charles just threw a dress on the sofa.

"There's an important banquet today. It's improper to take Nora there."

He said coldly, "Dress up and go with me."

The joy on Cherry's face wore off.

Seeing that Austin didn't recognize him, Charles quickly handed over his business card and respectfully introduced himself.

"I'm Charles Laris, the eldest son of the Laris family.I had cooperated with one of your subsidiaries a while ago."

Austin took the business card and finally remembered him.

The Yanak family was one of the richest families in S City, and there were several first- class families following.

The Laris family could be narrowly considered as a second- class family.

He quickly dragged Cherry over, "This is my wife, Cherry.Why are you standing there like a fool? Hurry up and greet Mr.Yanak!"

Austin glanced at Cherry silently and turned to leave.

"Take care, Mr.Yanak!" Charles said goodbye with a smile.

He grabbed Cherry's arm and dragged her into the corridor.

"Charles, what are you doing? Let go of me! I'm pained!"

Charles shoved Cherry against the wall.

His face darkened, "What am I doing? 'm gonna ask you the same question.What are you doing in front of Mr.Yanak? Are you trying to seduce him?"
