Chapter 13 

Cherry was rubbing her hands that had been pinched by Charles.

Hearing his words, she suddenly raised her head with her pale face full of disbelief, "Charles, what nonsense are you saying?"

"Nonsense?"

Charles laughed out with extreme anger.

Looking at the beautiful face of the woman, he just couldn't help thinking in the wrong direction, "Am I wrong? What, you're having higher taste this time and ready to make a move on Mr.Lamp? Let me tell you, Cherry, stop dreaming.Do you think Mr.Lamp will like a woman like you? "

Cherry's face was completely whitened.She looked at his angry eyes, and it was the first time she had felt the man was so unreasonable.Cherry was reluctant to talk to Charles, so she turned around and left.However, Charles was yelling behind her, "Cherry, listen, I don't care that you sleep with others.But if you dare to offend any guests at the party today, you'll find yourself in serious trouble!"

Cherry paused and unconsciously cried.She turned around and ran into the bathroom nearby.She washed her face hard in the bathroom and finally calmed down.

Then, she hurriedly refined her makeup to cover up the traces of crying before coming out of the bathroom.

She was hesitating whether to go back to look for Charles when she suddenly heard a cold voice from the corner of the corridor.

"Rebecca, I'm warning you.If you dare to touch me again, I'll let the whole Langwell family be buried with you!"

Cherry stopped abruptly.

Although she had only heard a few words, she still recognized him.

It was Austin's voice.

She couldn't help but look over curiously, seeing Austin stand there with a tall and beautiful woman.

She recognized that the woman was the popular star, Rebecca Langwell.

Austin leaned against the wall, looking a little uncomfortable.

While Rebecca, who was standing beside him wanted to get close to him.

Rebecca bit her lips and stomped her feet unwillingly, then turned around and ran away.

Austin became the only one left in the corridor.

It was Cherry.

From afar, she saw Austin in pain and wondered what was wrong with him.

Out of worry, she came over to take a look.

Recognizing the woman in front of him, Austin looked grimmer.

He wanted to ask her to fuck off, but he didn't expect that- The woman in front of him raised her hand and touched his forehead.

Her beautiful eyebrows furrowed and she whispered, "Your forehead is so hot.Are you having a fever? Do you want to see a doctor?"

Austin's body froze and he could no longer say the words "fuck off", which had arrived at the edge of his mouth.

"I think you really have a fever."

Seeing the man who had always been serious was looking at her in a daze, Cherry's frown deepened and she became more certain of her guess.

Then, she turned around, about to call someone, but her wrist was surprisingly grabbed just as she turned around. novelbin

Before she could react, she was dragged into the baby care room next to her.

The door slammed shut.

"Don't move."

The light was off in the baby care room.

In the darkness, Austin whispered with a deep voice, "I was set up."
