Marriage Like Candy

Chapter 2

Chapter 2

The moment Cherry saw the man's face, she was shocked as if she was struck by lightning, with her face turning pale out of blue.

"You...You..."

Her lips trembling, and she tried to say something, while the man raised his hand impatiently.

Seeing the gesture, the well- trained bodyguards around immediately took the doctors and nurses away.

In a few seconds, only Cherry and the man were left in the operating room.

At this moment, Cherry had already recognized the man.

With a pale face, she staggered down from the operating table and dashed out in a panic, but before she could reach the door, the man grabbed her wrist.

"Let me go!"

Cherry struggled as if she had been electrocuted.

"Sir, I don't know you. Please let me go!"

"You don't know me?"

Hearing Cherry's words, Austin sneered, abruptly pulling Cherry to the wall beside her and leaning against her.

Then, he sneered with the corners of his lips moved up.

"Miss Quigley is really forgetful. It's only been two months, and you forget me?"

"Let me go! What happened on the wedding night was just an accident! You can't touch me anymore!"

Austin looked at the little woman's pale face and withdrew his hand with a sneer.

"Miss Quigley, you clearly recognize me.Why did you play the fool?"

Cherry fell against the cold wall panting heavily with her face pale.

Yes.

The moment this man appeared, Cherry had recognized him- He was the man that had sex with her on her wedding night.

He was the biological father of the child in her belly.

Cherry couldn't remember what had exactly happened that night, but the moment she had seen the man, she remembered it.

The man was too special and impressive that she failed to ignore and forget him.

"Sir."

Cherry trembled uncontrollably, crossing her arms tightly and forcing herself to speak calmly.

"That night was just an accident."

"Of course, I know it. Don't worry, I didn't mean to pester you, but..."

His eyes fell on Cherry's stomach.

"You must give birth to the child."

Cherry shuddered and looked at the man in front of her in shock.Cherry had to admit that the man in front of her was a heart-throb.She had regarded Charles as a handsome man, but this man prevailed over Charles in this regard.

But such a good-looking man had a pair of cold eyes, like a bottomless cold pool, revealing a chilling coldness.

Cherry also grew up in a rich family and had met various people.

However she somehow felt edgy when being examined by the man. novelbin

Not daring to make eye contact with the man, Cherry lowered her head bit her lips, and promised, "Don't worry, I don't mean to have an abortion. I will give birth to the child. The operation just now...

Was just an accident."

"Good."

The man looked down at her and ordered coldly, "Take care of the baby.Give me the baby ten months later and I will offer you a sum of money. The amount of money is up to you."

The man thought that he was reasonable, for Cherry was just a tool for giving birth to a child.

Cherry kept silent, unable to refute.

In this way, she didn't have to have an abortion or raise the baby.

Ten months later, everything could return to normal as if nothing had ever happened.

This might have been the best result.

Thinking of it, she wrapped herself in her surgical gown and said in a low voice, "You don't have to give me the money.I will give birth to it."

"Great."

Austin threw away the tissue in his hand with an indifferent look.

"Miss Quigley, remember your promise.Don't let me find out that you try to abort the child again.Otherwise, you will have to bear the consequences."

Then, he turned to leave without looking at Cherry.

Left alone in the operating room, Cherry slid down the wall weakly, and tears rolled down her face.

When she left the hospital and returned home, it was already evening.

She was going to explain the accident on the wedding night to Charles, but she didn't expect to hear the moan coming from the room when she reached the bedroom door.
