Adam really treated Rebecca as his servant.

Because he had been injected too much drug during the day, in the middle of the night, Adam got up to go to the bathroom and kicked Rebecca, who was curled up on the sofa.

Adam recovered quickly.

The doctor said that he could leave hospital tomorrow.

Dinner was delivered by the housekeeper and two servants.

Julia followed Arthur to the dinner party, so they had no time to come over.

During dinner, Rebecca and Adam sat face to face.
