The next day, Adam was discharged from the hospital.

When Rebecca arrived at school in the morning, she received a gift.She opened it and saw that it was a set of cosmetics, a top brand called Lamer.

It was worth tens of thousands of dollars.Inside the gift, there was a small note that read: Rebecca, thank you!

"Wow, Rebecca, have you made any rich friends or been kept by someone recently? It is such a luxurious brand!"

When Caroline saw it, she was envious.

Not far away, Justin looked at Rebecca and his expression became serious.

At around five in the afternoon, Rebecca was coming out of an academic seminar at the academy when her phone rang.

It was from Adam.

Justin followed Rebecca and saw the caller ID on her phone screen.

Rebecca held a folder in her hand and stood on the pedestrian passageway at the gate.

For a moment, some memories flooded back to her.

"Get in the car"

It was not until the man in the car became impatient that Rebecca came to her senses and strode towards the black Land-Rover.

"Sit on the back seat."

When Rebecca subconsciously walked to the passenger seat, the man in the car spoke coldly again.

Rebecca was about to pull the door of the passenger seat but she stopped.

A second later, she took her hand back and retreated to the back seat.

She opened the door of the back seat and got in the car.

She was being sentimental.

Adam was definitely not here to pick her up.

Then, at a small door in the southeast gate where almost no one came in and out, Adam drove the car over.

Then, Rebecca saw a slim figure standing not far from the door, wearing sunglasses and a cap.

"Adam.The car stopped beside Linda.Linda opened the door and didn't seem to notice Rebecca in the back seat at all.She got into the car and threw herself into Adam's arms.Adam caught her and hugged

"Adam, do you know how scared I am? I didn't sleep for two whole days and nights until you asked Rebecca to call me.’’

Halfway through what Linda said, she noticed the person sitting on the back seat.

Her words stopped instantly.

After looking at Rebecca, she let go of Adam's hand and asked, "Adam, why is Rebecca in the car?"

Adam also let go of Linda, holding her hand and kissed it on the lip.

He did not look at Rebecca at all, but only looked at Linda.

His voice was so gentle, "There are many people here.Find a quiet place first.’

"Ok."

Linda nodded and smiled at Adam, tears streaming down her face.

Adam grabbed the back of her head to kiss her forehead, and immediately stepped on the accelerator to drive the car out.

Rebecca sat in the back seat next to the window and kept her head sideways.

She stared out the window in a daze.

For the first time, she felt suffocated.

Soon, Adam found an quiet green belt, then he drove in and stopped.

"Get out of the car!"

When the car stopped, Adam asked in a cold voice.Rebecca was thinking and didn't hear it.

"Rebecca."

Seeing that Rebecca didn't respond, Linda turned around and called her.

"What?"

Rebecca finally came back to her senses.

"Get out of the car.Do you hear me?"

Adam's attitude was colder than before.

"Ok."

Rebecca answered obediently and didn't appear angry.

She pushed the door open and got out of the car, bringing all her things with her.

"Wait outside the car.Don't go far’’ Just as Rebecca was about to slam the door, the man's cold voice came again.

Rebecca paused slightly and agreed, "Okay”

And then she slammed the door violently.

"Adam, you.."

Rebecca took two steps and felt something was wrong under her feet.

She looked down but inadvertently glanced at the window that the passenger seat was put down, and Adam directly pressed over.
