Nora first thought that Natalie was talking nonsense, but when she noticed the sarcasm hidden under
Natalie's gentle face, she realized that Natalie was satirizing them, so she couldn't help saying to
Reuben,"Reuben, your daughter..."
"Nigel, give me the gift." Kendrick interrupted her.
Nigel handed the gift to Kendrick, and then Kendrick handed it to Reuben respectfully, with his face
slightly raised, "This is Fish and Bird painted by Pierce Blake. I heard that Mr. Quinn was fond of Mr.
Blake's paintings, so I gave it as a gift for your birthday."
Reuben was arty and loved to collect famous paintings.

Blake's original painting? That's expensive!"

on all over her face and even the expensive foundation couldn't cover them. She was a girl of no charm
at all, thus the luxurious dress she wore was a total waste.
Natalie looked casually at the bloodstains on the paper towel and then turned her gaze to the steak that
fell on the ground. She felt bad for the well-cooked steak, but her voice was still calm, "Pick it up!"
"What... what did you say?"
"I asked you to pick it up, didn't you hear that?" Natalie raised her voice.
Hanna had hated and envied Natalie since she was a child, and she had once hurt Natalie's face with
scissors. She often bullies Natalie and felt happy if she could make her dare not resist.
"How dare you yell at me?" Hanna's eyes widened and she looked angry. She habitually stepped
forward to slap Natalie.
But before she could touch Natalie's hand, there was a sharp pain in her own arm.
Natalie took the fork and stuck it into Hanna's round and thick arm that was raised.
"Ah..." Hanna screamed and her voice was shrill. She looked at the woman in front of her, and she
couldn't believe that this was the illegitimate bastard who was weak and timid and was always bullied
by her before.
Hanna rushed towards Natalie crazily, howling, "You dare to stab me! I will slash your face to pieces
today. Little bit*h, you are as nasty as your mother."
Natalie listened to Hanna's dirty words and furrowed her brows. She was light and had also learned
some self-defence techniques, so she stepped aside.
Hanna touched nothing.
This was the beginning of her bad luck.
Natalie grabbed her hair, and there was a cold expression on her face. She said, "How long haven't
you brushed your teeth? Your mouth is so dirty."
Hanna wailed in pain as Natalie exerted force on her hand.
"Originally, I just want to eat something and left. Why do you provoke me? I waited for it for more than
ten minutes, but the steak was dirty before I ate it. Didn't your mother teach you to cherish food?"
Natalie pulled Hanna's hair and walked out.
There was a swimming pool. The memories of being immersed in the pool and being laughed at by
girls in the Quinn's mansion flashed through Natalie's mind.
Natalie took a breath. Since Kendrick wasn't there, she didn't care about other things.
There was a "plop" sound, which was the sound of heavy objects falling into the water.
