Chapter 24 Revenge

Felix immediately sobbed upon hearing that. We’ve been earning so much from Globetrotter Winery!

Now that I’ve crossed the boss of Globetrotter Winery, my dad is going to kill me! Heck, the Taylor

family is going down because of me!

Felix quickly knelt and choked out, “Boss, I was wrong! I was wrong! I’ll kneel before you!”

“Save your confession for the police.” Christopher then pointed at Quintin and said coldly, “I hope you

haven’t pocketed any kickbacks.”

Quintin was devastated when he heard that. If they investigate me, they’ll know all about the money

I’ve received!

“Felix, f*ck you! This is all your fault!” Quintin landed a powerful kick on Felix. Although Felix was

groaning in pain, Quintin was unfazed. If it wasn’t for that young punk, he wouldn’t have offended

Christopher. Once they see my accounts, I’m definitely going to jail!

“Deal with the rest of the situation!” With that, Christopher couldn’t be bothered anymore and left the

scene. Diane was following him from behind, and she had left Amanda to deal with the rest of the

matters.

Indeed, the secretary to the general manager of Centurion Corporation was more than capable of

handling such minor matters.

Soon, Christopher and Diane arrived in her office. Since it was located on the top floor of Globetrotter

Winery, Christopher was impressed by how beautiful the scenery was.

Christopher praised before pointing at the Dragon Valley’s development plan and said, “All right. Let’s

get down to business!”

“Sure!” Diane led Christopher toward Dragon Valley’s development plan. Some parts of the plan were

written by Diane herself.

Christopher nodded in satisfaction because he could see the efforts Diane had put in. Since he wasn’t

an expert in the field, he uttered, “Do as you see fit for the development plan. However, be sure to

protect these few pieces of land. Make sure not to destroy them.”

“Don’t worry, Boss. I’ll handle these pieces of land myself. Nothing will go wrong,” Diane answered

confidently.

Christopher merely nodded in response. After all, Diane was the general manager of Centurion

Corporation, and she had been running the show all those years. Considering the company is now the

pioneer of the real estate industry in Jadeborough, I’m sure Diane is very capable.

Christopher believed Diane could deliver as promised.

“Boss, this is Globetrotter Winery’s VIP black card. With this, what happened just now won’t happen

again in the future.” Diane knew Christopher wanted to keep his identity a secret, so she gave him the

winery’s VIP black card.

Christopher nodded and kept the VIP black card. After all, I still need to keep myself updated on the

development of Dragon Valley, especially the situation with the herb fields. It would be a bummer if I

have to experience what had happened every time I come here.

After flashing a faint smile, Christopher said, “Thank you, Ms. Reed!”

Meanwhile, Fabian was seen with a solemn expression in the courtyard. In fact, the atmosphere there

was grim. Fabian had never felt so worthless before. How did I get tricked by Christopher? What

happened last night was an utter humiliation for the Murrays. How would I have known that Christopher

dad has gotten me to contact the people from Centurion Corporation. Once we strike a partnership with

Centurion Corporation, I’ll get rid of Christopher. I got to go. I’m about to invite someone out for a meal,”

Jared answered.

After hanging up, Jared called one of the managers in Centurion Corporation. “Mr. Davis, I’m Jared

Cordrington. Are you free? Let’s meet up!”

On the other end of the call, Daniel Davis quickly answered, “Mr. Cordrington? It is indeed my pleasure

to accept your invitation!”

After hanging up, Jared mumbled to himself, “Christopher and Julianna, do you guys think you have

gotten yourselves a backer? Dream on! My connections are stronger than yours! Christopher, just you

wait. You’re just an ex-soldier. What are you so proud of? You’re going to die in my hands. Once I’ve

secured the Centurion Corporation’s project, I’m going to toy with the both of you!”

Meanwhile, Christopher, the boss of Globetrotter Winery and the chairman of Centurion Corporation,

was just about to leave Globetrotter Lake after exiting the winery.

“Christopher!” someone yelled.

Upon hearing that, Christopher instinctively turned toward the voice. There, he saw Julianna and a lady
