“When we were married and my father forced me to sign a lifetime contract to solely work for the Smith

family, I had no choice but to do so because I love you so much that I would do everything for you."

"When I first started working for our family business and my father didn't pay me as I was supposed to

be paid because he said you married me for my money and you'll take our money and live, I trusted

you, but I couldn't convince my father because he has never trusted my judgement since I was a child."

"I had no choice but to continue working, even though he was paying me less than my actual salary

because I thought they would realise you loved me, and change, but that didn't happen. When you got

pregnant with our child and went into work. while I was on a business trip and they refused to send you

“I was disheartened and felt humiliated, I felt guilty because I wasn’t there to help you in the most

dad and begged him to let me and my family leave the Smith family but he refused and said I signed an

given to me, when I turned twenty, because they never loved or showed any affection to me, I couldn't

tell them about it, so I kept it a secret from everyone."

“When my friend told to buy shares in a company that was about to go bankrupt, I was scared at first

but I said why not try out even if thing doesn’t go back to normal, at least I can put a few changes in the

company to make it work”.

“I bought 85% of the company shares in our daughter’s name, making us the biggest share holder and

the owner of the company”. Within a few months the company grow and as the years went by it’s now

the leading company in City A.

“So honey, we do have money; we have a company called SAS group! It has now grown that we have

also open branches in other cities. I have been managing it behind closed doors so many people don’t

know that I own that company. So honey will you be joining me tomorrow as we start our new

adventure of life”.

By the time he finished speaking, his wife and daughter were in tears, and Sandra, who had witnessed

waves, couldn't stop crying. She couldn't believe her father, whom she had always seen as a coward,

was capable of such a thing.

She thought, "What will the Smith family do if they find out that her father is the richest person in City

A?" She couldn't stop herself from laughing out loud.

Her parents asked what was up with her, "why are you laughing?" She laughed until tears welled up in

her eyes and said, "I was wondering what the Smith family would do if they ever found out that you're

the owner of SAS GROUP."

His wife chuckled as well before asking her husband, "honey, with the power the SAS group has in this

city, why didn't you leave the Smith family?" You could have broken that deal and gotten our daughter

from that village."

Sandra was intrigued by the matter as well; she thought that her father was wired as well, if not had

multiple identities.

"It's true I had the power, but I promised my grandparents I'd look after the Smith family, and I was

thinking that might be the case," Andrew explained. My people will adore you for who you are. After all,

there are my parents, and I wanted their blessing, but I guess it will never happen."

"I wanted my parents to be the ones to send me away from the Smith family; that way, it will be on

them, and I won't have the shame of breaking my promise to my grandparents."

"I knew our daughter was safe with grandpa's friend because we used to go there and visit her." Every

time she was fine, so I couldn't put her in the hands of the wolves."

His wife smiled and complimented him for loving their family and risking his life and future for them.

"Honey, I guess now I have to work harder to be on the same level as you, not that I always thought of

you as someone inferior, no, but today I feel I need to fulfil my dream," she informed her husband.
