“Hah?, she accepted!”, Old man Gomez asked the principal, he could not believe that she accepted

just like that. According to the information he got about her, she was someone with a bad temper and a

big ego so he expected that he will have to ask her himself self for her to come. He was trying to figure

out a way of asking her without making it suspicious when the principal called. He could not believe his

ears. When the principal heard the tone old man Gomez used to ask him whether Sandra has accepted

to come, he could not stop himself from rolling his eyes thinking, just a few minutes ago this old man

was threatening me to invite Sandra and now his acting as if he was not the one but what could do he

do, it was his bad luck to meet these two stubborn people at once in his life time so he tried hard not to

curse him loud and said, “yes, she agreed so we will be there by seven in evening”.

“Ha, ha, ha,” the old man laughed making the principal to wonder if he was missing something, he was

so excited that he will be meeting his granddaughter for the first time. He forgot the fact that he has

invited her to prove if she was his granddaughter his happiness made him forget that the principal was

still on the phone until he heard him saying, “is there anything we should come with?”, “oh, no need I

just have a few questions to ask you both and make sure you don’t come late, I hate waiting for

people”.

His comment made the principal roll his eyes, he has lost the number of times he has rolled his eyes

because of these two duos. He thanked God that Sandra was not there otherwise with her temper, she

will immediately change her mind. He said, “we will be there on time we are both time keeping people

can you please tell me the room number?”, “Room 4,vip lounge”, he replied him and hung up before

the principal could reply him making the principal curse him for the hundredth time. He now began

worrying for the time his going to be spending with them. With both there bad temper, one of them may

end up killing the other and he was so sure the one on the losing end would never be his mentor leave

only him to face the angry old man Gomez.

He was busy thinking of tomorrow when he heard a knock on his door, “come in”, he replied to whoever

was knocking. His secretary came and told him, “sir, I guess we have some problem with the students

who posted the video, they did not right anything offensive about you two so expelling them will only

increase problems for you two, so what should I do”, “just suspend them for some weeks”, he replied.

He was not in the mood to deal with those trouble maker if not for them he will not be praying for his life

now.

He thanked God that the little devil did not react to the video otherwise he may be in the worst position

by now. Even when he reached his home, the only thing that was on his mind was how was he going to

survive the two beasts tomorrow with that, he went into a deep sleep. Even Sandra failed to sleep not

because she was scared of the old man but because she was wondering whether she was doing the

right thing to bring these people back in her mother’s life. She loves her and she’s willing to do anything

for her so she could not see herself as the person who has broke her heart.

The next day, at the Gomez family house, old man Gomez was moving up and down, today was the

day he has been waiting for in the past twenty two years, he was so close to finding his daughter. Old

woman Gomez was having her tea looking at her husband who was moving up and down since he

woke up. It was as if he was having something on his mind that he could not share with anyone making

her curious about the matter, “can you stop moving, you’re giving me a headache, what’s wrong with

you?, Why are you like that since morning?”, old woman Gomez asked making the old man stop novelbin

moving and looking at her.

He wondered whether he should tell her or not but he choose the last option of not tell her so he said,

“its nothing to worry about honey it’s just a new project you don’t need to stress yourself about it”. Old

woman Gomez knew that he did not want to tell her the real truth if it was really related to the company,

there’s no way would he be like this if the matter was related to the company but she did not continue

to ask him she just let him be if he wanted her to know he would tell her without waiting for her to ask.

Even at the office, the old man failed to concentrate on his work, he was in a meeting but his assistant

called him more than ten times before he replied him. Every minute passing he was looking at his

watch to see if it was already even though it was not dark outside. He told his assistant to clear his

schedule for the evening he will be having dinner with his wife.
