Xiang got discharged out of the hospital in the evening. He then reached his house. When he opened
the door, his parents were sitting in the living room. They turned their head towards him. He went
towards his parents and kneeled on the floor.
"Mom and Dad, if I didn't stop this wedding, you wouldn't know what would have happened. I am doing
this for the sake of all of us. Don't hate me. Please" he said hugging his parents.
"Xiang, even if you didn't tell us, we know that you did it for a purpose. But please, tell us the reason.
We don't want you to lock up all the things inside only to yourself"
"I will tell you when the time comes. But until then, please don't ask me about it"
"It's a waste trying to convince you. But don't hurt yourself any more than this. All we can do is give
some advice"
"Don't worry about me. I am clearer about what to do now. Oh! I forgot to tell you. After taking a shower,
I am going to the company. I'll return home tomorrow night."
"You just got out of the hospital.
Stay at home. At least do your work at home."
"I am fine. I need to take care of some things. It needs to be done by tomorrow."
"At least have dinner"
"I'll order a takeout. I'll eat mom's food tomorrow night. I'll be waiting for the feast. I got tired of the

His parents replied by laughing.

He went to his room, showered and got dressed up in his casual clothes. He was ready to go.
He got in the car and the driver started off. He took his phone out of his pocket and dialled his personal
secretary.
"Cheng mu, this is Xiang. I need you to contact the Lee group and tell them about the collaboration we
had planned, which I told you about when I was in the hospital. Even if they don't agree to it, ask them
to attend a meeting held at our headquarters, so that we can elaborately tell them about the benefits
they would get. Make sure that everything goes according to the plan. Tell them that this was a request
made specifically by the vice chairman of The Shi group to Mr.
Suho Lee"
He got off the phone. He looked out the window and saw a couple. They seemed to have been fighting.
Xiang was looking at them. He laughed to himself and thought "I am glad that I prevented myself from novelbin
a situation similar to that which was going to happen."
Xiang reached his company. Since it was close to midnight, there were not a lot of employees. He
walked to the back of the company, were there was a small garden, built especially for Xiang when he
was little. He walked into the garden and sat there quietly. He just sat there and didn't do anything.
Whenever Xiang was having a hard time, he would come to this garden to reflect upon himself but that
was not what he was doing now. He was thinking whether he was right or wrong- whether what he saw
was something mistaken by him or was the reality. While on his way to the company, since there was
traffic, the car halted for a while. When he looked outside through the window, there was Mrs. Lee
(suho's mother) and his biological brother- Adam having a conversation inside a car which was beside
his car. Just before he can confirm it, the traffic cleared, and the car took off. More than what they had
talked about, meeting someone you don't even have any connections with, was what bothered
