I reached reception area to meet my manger Mrs. Ricci. She is kind women but somewhere she is not happy with me being here in second section and her niece in section three. We both had given interview together but I got section two and she got section three. I don't know why but I felt she is not happy looking me her team sometimes she gave me more work and always being harsh on me if there is any issue with my allocated customer
“Hello Mrs. Ricci" I greeted her with small smile
“Hello Lisian, Your today's work” She said giving one of the client name sheet.
"You have to serve in one VIP section with grace today and there is one VVIP section” She said pointing one of the important section client.
"Ok thank you Mrs Ricci” I said and she acknowledged with small nod
I was about to leave when she said" Do good job in VIP. I don’t want any mistake and Grace will leave after VIP section"
"Yes..." I said
"Are we allow to take half day” I asked
“Only those who are full time employee" She said sternly and I nodded.
I left her cabin and take my way to bar section where all type of beer, wine, whiskey available for our premium customer.
“Hi Lisian" I met Antonio
“Hi Antonio” I greeted him back.
“How's the work today” He asked
“Nothing much one VIP section party and one VVIP section" I said
“Ohhh again VVIP section” He asked
"Yes. This month it's third” I replied taking trolley.
"Ohh it must be something important” He said and I nodded
"See you around" He said taking his leave with his trolley he is also working in same VIP section with me
In sheet it's already mentioned what our potential clients want so we filled order in serving tray trolley.
"All ready" Grace asked entering in bar section for employees
"Yes all done” I said and she nodded.
I prepared trolley as per sheet and started my work with VIP section A with grace. There was big party going on of power couple so I served them drink and also check arrangements. First half of the night was for the VIP section A and second half of shift was for VVIP section.
“They are looking cute" Grace Whispered in my ear taking beer from trolling and I nodded
The guest was limited in VIP section because they have booked club for tonight so whoever want they can go and dance with their partners. I spend my first half in VIP section with grace serving drink and beer to everyone
It was midnight when they all left. I had second shift to do VVIP. The VVIP part give me good amount of tip and I also get 100 euro more. So whenever VVIP section mentioned I never complaint because they always arranged meeting in mid night always after twelve.
It was still left fifteen minutes for twelve so I checked VVIP room if there is required anything so I can before time. I arranged trolley serving tray as per list. I waited for them to enter in room so I can do my job because in this room once serving part done without looking them I have to leave that room. It's not allow to Listen their talk as well as if they called then only give something to them whatever they want. Soon group of five people entered in VVIP room. I looked down waiting for them to settled in their chair. I did my work serving them whiskey to all. I did my work and left my room without looking them twice. They are looking so intimidating one time is enough to know don't mess with them.
I stood behind closed door waiting for them to over their meeting and if something they need. It's take one hours thirty five minutes when they all left VVIP section giving good amount of tips
I did my cleaning but I found one tissue paper with contact number. I didn't get understand what is this so I took it with me so I can give Miss Ricca. What if they have missed something here and come back for this. I did cleaning with help of housekeeping department
I knocked on Mrs. Ricci cabin twice " Come in"
“Hello ma'am there is one tissue paper left with some number" I said sliding paper toward her on her table.
"Which section” She asked
“Today's VVIP section” I replied her eyes widen but soon she composed herself taking paper.
"You can go now" She said and I nodded.
“Lisian...” She asked when I turn to go out of her cabin
"Yes Mrs Ricci" I asked.
“Do you want to work in section three” She asked.
"But it's for regular employees” I asked
"Yes but...." She trailed off. It was first time in last three months I saw her that much nervous novelbin
"But..." I asked
"VVIP section always held by our club owner so he wants you in third section” She said shrugging her shoulder
"I can't do regular job here" I said
“You have this whole month to think, his next visit in next month if you agree then good otherwise look for other job" She said placing that tissue paper in her drawer.
“Thank you" I said and left this place. My mind was totally blank what she said is echoing in my mind. One thing was sure I am not going to do here full time job.
