"Are you crazy Tricia? You agreed to be their bridge?" I know that I’m just hurting myself with this, but

what can I do? I can’t help it..

"I have no choice Sunny.I can't say no to him."I answered Sunny while we are choosing ingredients for

our project.

"Of course you have! I don’t know if you’re a masochist or you’re brain is just something else." She’s at

it again. I know that, and I hate it. I myself can’t accept the fact that I like him.

"What are you talking about Sunny?"

"You know what I'm talking about. Our friendship might not be as long as you and Enzo has, but I know

how you feel for him. You just don’t wan to admit it." I got quiet because what she said. Whatever!

"I’m not even sure what I feel for him. I just don't want to ruin our friendship." She rolled her eyes at me.

"Whatever.." I sighed. Am I that obvious? Is it possible that Enzo also notices?

I went home, and opened my ipad to open my Skype.

"Hey dad how are you?" Daddy is already seven years in the US. He goes home once a year.

"Hey Tricia I'm good.How's school?" He smiles at me on the screen.

"Perfectly fine dad. I’m enjoying things." I smiled back at him while he is looking at his notes.

"Tricia don't you want to come here with me?" Daddy wants us to go there, but Mom wants to stay here

because of Flavours. She loves what she is doing, eh.

"What do you mean by that dad?" I asked him seriously.

"Tricia, I’m promoted here, and I have a privilege to petition youg guys here. It’s just that your mom

doesn’t want to because she can’t leave Flavours. In return, we think that you can continue your study

here.” I don’t want to leave mom, nd my life is here...

"Dad! That’s amazing! But i’m sorry I’m not yet ready to leave and I want to be with mom. It’s not that I

don’t want to be with you, I really miss you, but my whole life is here.”

Tumatango lang si daddy at nag-isip. Nalulungkot ako to refused his offer pero di pa talaga ako handa.

"Think about it Tricia maganda kung dito ka magaaral.Sayang naman opportunity I'm not saying na for

good kana dito sana pagbigyan mo ako."

Daddy looks so sad. I feel guilty, but I’m really not yet ready...

"Dont worry dad. I’ll think about it." I smiled at him. He did the same.

"Okay. Just please think about it. I need to go, I have to work. Tell your mom i love you both.."

I went down to eat because I forgot to do so.

Enzo

-what are you doing?

I immediately smiled at his text.

Me:

- eating. Want some?

I bite from the bread.

Enzo:

-I'm fine..just want to remind you bout' helping me with Monica. novelbin

I lost my smile when he said that. Now I'm starting to get annoyed at her. Sunny and I are now on the

same page.

Me:

-yeah.

I’m feeling so bitter. You’re just his best friend, Tricia. Wake up!

Enzo:

-Can you please ask her to date me?

-please :(
