Jacob felt tears in his eyes again and he blink them away before walking into the dinning room to sit

with Kai.He sat as far as possible from the man.

"Why are you crying?"Kai ask confused not aware that his words were breaking the boy's heart

Jacob look down at his food and shook his head before he began eating.

As soon as they were done the maid took their plates.Jacob was nervous and uncomfortable since Kai

was just sitting staring at him.

He wanted the man to say something but didn't want him to say the wrong thing.

"What do you do when no one is around?"Kai finally spoke.

Kai got up and Jacob followed.He wasn't sure if he should be happy or worried. Kaiwas finally talking to

him but only because they found out about the baby.They entered the living room where Kai's men

were loading up guns.

"I have to go down at the auction,Dave will stay with you,call me if you need anything and Dave?"

Kai walked over to one of his men Dave and whispered in his ears.

"If anything happened to him you're dead."
