Chapter 8.5

I jurked up from my sleep to see that I was lying in a room .

Beads of sweat were glistering on my forehead

I gulped a glass of water lying on the side table.

I looked down to see my leg and arm bandaged up and iv attached on my wrist.

Then I remembered what happened that night.

Those rogues attacking me, then me fainting and last those hazel eyes staring at me.

The Xavier Knight saved me

I can't believe this

He made sure he hated me then why did he save me

Unless....

He knew I was his mate

Oh sh**

I need to leave

I pulled out the iv and placed my leg on the ground ready to leave.

Before I could lift myself up his angry voice made me stop all my movement

"Are you mad?

What the hell are you doing!!"

"I am leaving"

"No you are not"

He pushed back my shoulders making me fall back on the bed.

"See Alph-"

"Xavier,

You can call me Xavier"

"Why? As far as I know everyone else calls you Alpha or Alpha king"

He was acting different

I am sure he has discovered my identity

His next words confirmed my doubts

"Because you are not everyone and I want to hear my name from your beatifull lips"

"What do you mean?"

I asked refusing to meet his intense stare.

He took few steps towards me and I could feel his heavy aura dominating me.

I felt his breath on my face

"I mean that I want to hear my name from my mate's lips"

His eyes were fixed on my lips which were making me extremely uncomfortable.

My lips were trembling with his close proximity

"Don't fear me Ezra, when I am with you don't fear anything"

I can't acknowledge him as my mate,it will ruin my plans

"I am not your mate"

He smirked and moved back from me

"I must say you are a really disobedient girl Ezra, first you try to hide from your mate then you disrespet

him in front of everyone and now you are refusing his claim"

"Your disobedience will not be tolerated from now on,

I can love you more than any mate has ever loved his mate but if you forget your place and go against

me I will not think before teaching you a lesson."

He again came towards me but this time I was prepared to pish him back

He placed his lips on my earlobe and whispered

"Say my name Ezra..."

I could feel heat radiate from me and

I was blushing like crazy

I have never been so close to a male before and he was easily breaking all my records.

My heart was audible to me and my words were lost in nervousness

" I........can't........."

He again whispered while leaving his hot breath on my neck

"My name..."

I don't know how but before my mind could refuse my lips already betrayed me

As soon as my lips said his name a smile came on his lips and he moved back from me making me

take a deep breath which I was holding for long.

"Good work mate"

He said with a victorious smirk on his handsome face.

His smile made me loose my calm

He was controlling me and the worst part was that I was letting him do it.

I shouted at him with all anger I could muster for him novelbin

"I hate you and I don't give a fu****** shit if you are my mate or not"

"Too bad love because from now on you are stuck with me forever"

With this he was gone leaving me shouting profanities at him.
