Chapter 30: XXIX Revelations

Sai ran in fear, not for his life, but he knew the blast that happened awhile ago could have taken all of

his friends and mentors. He reached for the high ground to make a better view in search for any

survivors.

He noticed a body lying on the edge of the crater-like ground, could it be?

He recognized the color and pattern of what was left on the uniform, the body wearing it seems to have

lost an arm, blood was covering most of the exposed body parts.

"I... I can still feel him, the spirit is very weak, but at least he is still there, I can still save him."

Sai rushed to aid his fallen master.

"Navi'Fang! Please hold on, I'm here, I'm here..."

With just a meter away before Sai reached his master, A huge hand reached up from the ground

catching Sai's left leg. The size of it was three times larger than a normal hand. novelbin

Sai fell and slammed to the ground, but he is still reaching out extending his arm to his master's body.

The hand that was holding Sai ruptured the ground and revealed a mammoth sized demon. But this

demon already lost his lower body part, he started crawling with his other free hand while still holding

Sai upsidedown.

Sai's seal lit up, his body started to glow, he drew his ki-blade and started slashing the hand that was

holding him. But his slashes seem not to affect or do any damage to the demon.

The demon started to tighten the grip on Sai's leg.

Sai screamed in pain. His ki-blade shattered like broken glasses, but his seal kept lit.

"Young carrier, there is something you need to know before you perish." The demon said.

Sai tried to struggle as he listens to the demon.

"The original plan of the early human tribulation was a complete failure. We, the outcasted demonlords,

have fallen to your kind with the help of your archangel allies. But during the battle, we had to make

some changes on the plan, a much better plan."

Sai stop struggling to conserve his energy, he was waiting for what the demon will reveal.

"We learned that the seal you carry represents the divine power, you are just vessels who can

manipulate it, of course you are chosen, because not all humans can do this..."

Sai wrinkled his brows as he digs deep on what the demon was trying to say.

"This power you possess is very similar to an archangel's power, what if we alter this with demon

power? And a little change of heart? They could be as much as powerful as a demonlord, or they could

even surpass us, they can do whatever they desire with this immense power. Then eventually, this will

lead to their own human domination, since this is what you humans desire the most." the demon

explained

A huge blast of light ray came upon as the demon speaks. It was so powerful it melted half of the

demon's face. The demon dropped Sai from a three meter lift.

The demon yelled in pain as he covered his palm to his now cut-in-to-half face, he started to

regenerate it slowly with his body still shrieking in pain on the ground.

Sai looked at the location where the blast came from.

A female angel was still panting with her both palm still outstretched forward, she has this broken wings

and wrecked angel dress.

"You still manage to survive Casus'Lucem, now I will finish you." The angel said.

"Only an archangel level can do this much damage to a demonlord." The demon said.

"An archangel, a demonlord." Sai murmured.

"Yes, I am the fourth archangel, Kei'Sei"

Kei'Sei teleported behind Sai and started to heal him.

"You, you are an archangel, can you please help my master instead, I believe he is still there, please."

Kei'Sei smiled on the young Sai and focused her healing to the dying master.

Sai stood up as if his body was renewed. "Wow that was a super fast healing."

The ground started to rumble, Casus'Lucem crawled and suddenly teleported beside Sai, he was about

to capture him again when Kei'Sei intercepted, she was captured instead.

Casus'Lucem tore the remaining part of Kei'Sei broken wing and then threw her away.

The demon crawls forward to Sai. Sai opened his seal and his whole body turned into light. He knew

that he can defeat this weakened demon.

A giant pillar shoots up from the ground. It was casted by angel Kei'See from afar then it was Sai's

dying master who finished the casting of the pillar, before the demon was totally swallowed by the pillar,

he was able to create his final summon. It was a rat-demon named Nezumi.

"Let me kill them for you master Casus'Lucem," the Rat-Demon said.

Sai, without wasting any second, quickly pierced the rat-demon with his ki-blade but it was able to

escape away from them.

Sai retracted his blade and returned to his master.

"Master! Master, I knew it, you are still alive, here, let me help you."

"No Sai, I have fulfilled my fate, I have served my purpose. Now that we have learned what the demons

are up to, it is your duty now to stop them, protect the other carriers, find them, teach them."

Sai's tears fell while hearing this.

"I am now appointing you as the new navigator of the carriers. From now on you will carry the

name Navi'Sai"

"Navi'Sai?" Sai said

Navi'Fang exhausted his final breathe and died on Sai's arms.

"Master!" Sai shouted.
