clutched his chest in anguish. "Father, what's wrong?" Henry went close to him in concern. "Get away

Henry didn't want to remain there any longer. He stomped out of the villa and sped off to his residence.

"Was there any need to be so harsh in him?" A voice sounded behind Parker. Without turning,he knew

it was his wife. 'Sigh', "That's the only option,you know how obstinate your son can be" Parker knew

one trait he and his son had in common was stubbornness. Matilda moved closer to her husband and

patted his back. "Don't worry much,they are already engaged" She consoled.

"But their relationship would be further strengthened with marriage" Parker argued. "It's fine" She

smiled. "But," Parker opened his mouth to refute. "No buts" She shushed him.

Quinn stepped into her villa at the Island she recently bought. It was a private island with a beautiful

scenery. The mountains encircling it made look more natural. "Emelda,we are home" Quinn smiled at

her daughter who was obviously mesmerized by the beauty around her. "Is this our home? Yeally?"

Emelda jumped up and down in excitement. "For now,we will be staying here my love" Quinn ruffled

her daughter's hair fondly. Her daughter ran into the beautiful villa without waiting for her mother's lead.

Quinn chuckled at her daughter's excitement; how could she be so cute? However, each time she

looked at her daughter,she was reminded of her father; Henry. How was he? Was he fine? She

sighed,the similarities between her daughter and Henry couldn't be denied. Whatever... A sudden call

interrupted her train of thoughts. She glanced at the caller ID, and smiled. "Hey Stephen, ..... Yeah we

are in my villa... Yeah at California.... Of course she misses you" At this she chuckled. "You are already

here?" She whirled around in surprise,and there standing truly was Stephen. "When did you get here?"

She questioned surprised. "Just now," Stephen took quick strides towards her and enveloped her in a

warm hug. "Daddy!!!" Emelda squealed excitedly. "My baby..." He opened his arms wide and Emelda

jumped into his embrace. "I missed you daddy" Emelda giggled as she buried her head in the crook of novelbin

his neck. "Daddy missed you too" Stephen patted her head.

Quinn watched them with a sad expression on her face; how good would it have all been if the person

carrying Emelda was Henry. She shook her head,what was she thinking? "When are you returning?"

She knew Stephen wouldn't leave his work for her,there was no reason to. "At twilight" He responded

without looking at her. "Alright then,keep her company,I have to take a look at my new company" She

grabbed her car keys from the table and left the villa.

Her assistant was dutifully waiting for her outside. "To the company" She got into the car. She wore her

sunshade and wore a stern look. "Yes President" Avie closed the door,got into the driver seat and

zoomed off. Quinn's requirements for an assistant was for the person preferably a female to be skilled

in driving. She wanted her assistant to be her driver at the same time. Avie fulfilled all requirements;

she was very competent at her job.

Quinn walked into the Company with an air of elegance suited to a CEO. She was satisfied by it's

appearance. At that moment,a staff walked up to her and asked her with a derogatory attitude. "Do you

have an appointment with the manager?" The lady asked scrutinizing Quinn's outfit. She sneered

because Quinn wasn't dressed in a limited edition clothes nor was she expensively dressed. How was

she to know that everything on Quinn from her dress,her jewelry,down to her underwear wear were all

single pieces?. There was only of each in the whole world. "Does she need an appointment to visit her

own company?" Avie sneered taking a menta note to fire the lady in front of them. The lady's face

alternated from green to red. Her eyes widened as she stared open mouthed at Quinn.

"P.. president,I..I'm sorry. I had no idea" She quickly bowed in fear. They were told their CEO was going

to visit the company on that day. But she wasn't to be blamed,was she? The lady in front of her was

younger than her in fact. And she was expecting a male with a domineering presence. Quinn's next

words however made her kneel, "Fire her" Quinn couldn't let that kind of employee remain at her

Company. "I'm sorry President, forgive me. It was a mistake" She begged anxiously. The other

employees stared without pity. She deserved it. Quinn couldn't be bothered to stand there. " Gather the

senior staffs of this company. We have a meeting in ten" Quinn took the route to the CEO's elevator.

The lady continued kneeling on the ground filled with regret. She was doomed,so doomed... This little

saga dispelled every doubts the other employees had towards their boss; she was capable,and yes,

domineering....
