Chapter 30: 30) Stay away from him!

Florina woke up around 1 pm, sun was already on its peak filling her room with bright light. She rubbed her eyes lazily and leaned against the bedpost. Her whole body was aching. Sebastian was nowhere to be seen and she was relieved seeing that.

Both of them had started terrifying her.

Florina heard sounds from her bathroom and she tensed thinking it might be a Sebastian.

Wrapping the bedsheets tightly around her body she looked at the bathroom door which got open and two maids came out. Florina frowned looking at them thinking what they were doing in her bathroom.

"Miss, we have prepared a bath for you... Mr. King has ordered us too help you..."

One of the maid informed.

"Thank you... I'll do it myself, I want to stay alone..."

Florina replied in her raspy voice, her jaw was still sore.

The maids looked at each other and nodded before leaving her room. Florina got up from the bed and entered the bathroom, Her senses instantly filled with the fragrance of scented oils. The bathtub was filled with warm water and bubbles.

'what is he trying to prove by this aftercare...'

After relaxing bath she was feeling better. Getting ready she head downstairs. Her stomach was already growling with hunger as she has skipped the breakfast.

Catherine was already sitting at the dinning table along with Maria.

"Good afternoon Florina..."

Maria greeted but Florina totally ignored her.

She quietly sat down keeping her face blank and Maria looked at her guiltily.

Florina was feeling Catherine's scrutinizing gaze on her entire time but she refused to look at her. She has learnt her lesson, she shouldn't have trust Maria and she wasn't going to trust cathrine either. She tensed in her seat when Sebastian and vincenzo entered the dinning hall, ignoring each other as always. She shivered in her place when they both kissed her cheeks and sat down beside her. Vincenzo was sitting on left side and Sebastian on right.

Everyone started eating silently and both of them were occasionally glancing at florina who was silently eating her food. She didn't even glanced at them.

"Hey everybody..."

Everyone's head turned towards the masculine voice which was filled with happiness and excitement.

"Matthew..."

Catherine exclaimed and engulfed him in tight hug.

Sebastian and vincenzo clenched their jaw and got alert at the same time which Florina noticed.

"I missed you so much..."

Matthew broke the hug and looked at Catherine lovingly.

Florina was looking at the new member, he was young almost same age as Maria. He had blonde hair to just like Maria has And the facial features were also identical but he was taller and muscular.

"Hello Matthew..."

Maria said boringly.

"Hii... Brat..."

Matthew mocked.

"Don't start now..."

Catherine Scolded both of them and Matthew sat down with grin while Maria scowled at him.

Matthew looked at florina and her two devils who were sitting beside her, his expressions turned amused like he is looking at some wonder.

He leaned towards the Catherine and whispered.

"So, it's true?... She is the one, huh?..."

Catherine nodded.

"Yes..."

Matthew cleared his throat and looked at florina with smile.

"Hii I am Matthew, the precious son of this house..."

He offered his hand for handshake.

Florina was about to shake his hand but vincenzo held her hand back and instead Sebastian shook his hand with Matthew and squeezed it threateningly.

"Stay away from her..."

Sebastian warned and Matthew raised his hands in surrender.

Matthew gave surprised look to Catherine which she answered with grin.

After lunch florina was sitting in the garden thinking about her escape plan, she wanted to find a way out.

"Hey..."

She turned around and looked at Matthew who was looking at her with smile.

She returned the smile and he sat beside her.

"Hii... I am florina..."

She introduced herself as she couldn't do it in the dinning hall.

"I know... You are beautiful florina, No wonder___"

He trailed off.

"So did you like the mansion..."

He tried to initiate the conversation.

"Yes, but not people in here."

She answered straightforward.

Matthew chuckled.

"Yeah, I can understand... I heard what my sister did to you. She is a evil bitch..."

"Are you her real brother..."

She questioned.

"Yes, twin actually..."

"Ohh... You look quite friendly unlike your mother and sister..."

Florina said and he raised his eyebrows confused.

"Looks like Maria has inherited everything from Catherine..."

"What ?..."

Matthew asked confused.

"Florina, cathrine is Maria's stepmother and obviously mine too..."

Florina's eyes snapped towards him.

"What... But Maria said that Catherine is her mother and Sebastian's stepmother..."

"Yes, she is Sebastian's stepmother too... Maria doesn't treat Catherine different, she is actually more than a mother too us, you know may be that's why she said that."

He explained.

"So, Sebastian and you are from different mother's..."

She asked confused.

"Yeah, our father had two wives... Sebastian was from first wife and we are from the second one and both are dead... Then he married Catherine and she is a good woman, she is treating us like her own

children..."

"Sorry to hear that... And yes I can see that, she is like a real mother..."

She mumbled looking at the grass.

"Looks like you don't know anything..."

He sighed.

"I don't have anyone to answer my questions..."

She countered.

"Who is vincenzo to you?..."

Florina flinched in her place hearing vincenzo's mad voice. She stood up from the bench and faced him.

"Haven't we warned you to stay the fuck away from her..."

Vincenzo growled at Matthew.

"We?..."

Matthew scoffed.

"And honestly I don't give a fuck man... If she has no problem then who are you to stop me."

Florina's eyes widened at his reply, his careless words might cause her problem later.

Matthew almost kissed the ground when Sebastian's hard punch landed on his face.

Florina gasped looking at him.

Sebastian grabbed him by collar.

"I think you need another language to understand it..."

"Sebastian please stop... We were just talking, leave him..."

florina yelled and tried to meddle but vincenzo grabbed her arm and held her back.

"I think you like punishments, piccolo..."

Vincenzo gritted and she shook her head furiously.

"Then fucking stay away from him..."

"SEBESTIAN... Leave him. What's wrong with you..."

Catherine shouted and separated him from Matthew.

"Tell him to stay away from this matter otherwise I will kill him..."

Sebastian growled and walked away angrily.

Vincenzo glared at Matthew who was shamelessly smiling while rubbing his punched jaw. Releasing her hand he too walked away and florina sighed in relief at least they are not Punishing her for this.

"Bravo!... As usual you proved that you are stupid..."

Maria mocked Matthew.

"Can't you stay in your pants, at least find someone with whom you have chance. Florina is out of your league..."

"I wasn't heating on her..."

He scowled.

"Shut up both of you..."

Catherine Scolded and dragged Matthew inside to check his injuries.

Florina stood there looking at the drama.

'what their problem with Matthew... He looked like nice guy.'

"Florina... Look I am sorry but I had___"

Maria tried to explain but florina stopped her.

"Whatever Maria... You did what you wanted to... I was stupid that I believed you, stupid to think that we are friends..."

Florina said disappointingly and walked inside leaving sad Maria behind.
