The Diary Of My Dead Wife

Chapter 21: Women's Torture Was the Most Brutal

Chapter 21: Women's Torture Was the Most Brutal

Zac was found lying in the cold bathtub. The cold water had no effect to lessen the heat on his body.

His entire body was filled with desire, which eventually destroyed him.

Zac took the razor blade and began making deep wounds on his arm and chest one after the other.

His body was a mix of deep wounds and uncontrolled desire. novelbin

He had a strange and happy feeling.

There were a lot of wounds on Zac's body.

As a result, his blood began to flow freely throughout his body.

At the very least, Sophie would forgive him if he died like this.

But if not, he would go to hell to pay for his sins.

For a moment, Zac was determined to die.

Only Thaddeus’ terrible scream made Zac regain his senses.

But after losing too much blood, he collapsed.

Then, he completely fainted.

Edith was deeply anxious and terrified after that day.

She felt as if she was trapped in an abyss of despair and terror.

Edith's face was identical to Sophie's, and the drugs had made it easier for her to carry out her plans.

She believed that if she could successfully make Zac sleep with her on that day, she would be able to let him love her.

It would be better if she could become pregnant.

But she didn't realize that Zac would still recognize her even under the influence of those pills.

He would rather hurt himself than touch her.

Zac didn't kill her right away, but Edith knew that she would not live longer.

After a few days, Zac had been released from the hospital.

He had recruited two women and had severely ‘trained’ them.

Edith was tortured to the point of going insane.

Only then she realized that compared to being tortured by men, women’s torture was the most brutal.

When it came to using tactics to torture someone, women were more ruthless than men.

The incident frightened Thaddeus and caused him to become sick.

Despite the difficulties, Zac made the decision to cheer up, in order to reassure his father.

He was a strong willed individual.

As long as he wanted to, he would always achieve his goal.

Zac's body and spirit had basically recovered a year later, or at least on the surface.

He returned to the role of being the president of Madden's Industries, which entailed dealing with all aspects of the company.

During a year, Zac never mentioned Sophie or anybody else in the Williams family again.

He appeared to have moved on from all that had happened in the past because he knew that this was the only way he could make it appear as if he had entirely forgotten everything.

The Madden's Industries set up a branch in New York.

Zac was busy as soon as he got off the plane.

His big company, which employed thousands of people, welcomed him.

From the top to the lowest position, everyone was alert and anticipated the arrival of their boss.

Zac completed a month's worth of work in just five days.

The company's staff were completely worn out and exhausted.

He seemed to be the only one who didn't mind the heavy workload.

Zac organized a cocktail party to reward all of the company's employees.

Zac was lively and laughing at the cocktail party.

For everyone, he was a successful guy, a natural leader, and an intelligent man who could make everything possible with the snap of his fingers.

But he was the only one who knew that beneath his outward behavior, he was sad on the inside.

And the vast hole in his heart was always trying to swallow him completely.

One late night, something had happened.

Zac was driving so fast down the New York Expressway in a Rolls Royce Phantom.

The car scratched the road badly, but it never slowed down.

He was moving fast as if he was chasing death.

He didn’t want to slow down.

He didn’t want to stop.

Then, he suddenly felt a pain in his chest.

It seemed to tear him apart over and over.

He recognized this as a sign of depression.

It was suggested that if this happened on the road, he should pull over immediately, contact a psychologist, and treat and intervene using physical measures.

But he didn't care because he knew it was pointless.

He desired to die because it would be a real relief.

Zac enjoyed the pleasure of whirlwind driving this year.

The high speed was his way to paralyze his body and mind from feeling his sadness.

At that moment, his speed was getting faster each second, and the car was almost floating through the darkness.

Sophie's face kept flashing across his mind, and it was only at this point that he freely allowed himself to think about her.

‘Sophie...’

‘Sophie..’

‘Sophie..’

His heart began to beat violently.

He lost control of the car because he couldn't move half of his body.

‘Am I going to die?’ He thought.

Zac suddenly realized that he was going to die, anyway.

‘All right, now I can finally relax’ However, as he was going down the Panshan Highway, he noticed a woman.

He thought that it was Sophie.

Zac stepped on his brakes hard.

At that point, he almost used all of his strength and energy to fight his chest pain and successfully stopped the car.

If he reacted a second too late, he would finish up in a car accident.

‘Sophie?’ He ignored the severe pain.

He refused to wait for another second to reach the bus stop where he had last seen the figure.

But, the place was empty.

There was nothing.

‘Am I wrong?’

‘I'm not!’ Zac was certain that he had not mistaken it.

He knew that the figure he saw was Sophie.

He was certain about it.

The violent shift of emotions worsened his chest pain.

Zac passed out, and collapsed on the road.
