Chapter 20 – Secret Is Out LIAM
I wake up feeling something laying on me, I smile still with my eyes closed I remember laying down in
bed together with a very naked Laura. I love the feeling of her body laying against mine. What feels like
a finger is starting to draw circles on my chest. I run my fingers through her hair and she lifts her head
to look at me.
“Did you have a nice nap beautiful?” She nods her head and blushes.
I move us so she is laying on her back, and I am looking down at her. She is so beautiful I don’t
understand how her mate could reject her. I kiss her softly before standing up and walking out of the
bedroom to go to the bathroom. After I go to take some clean boxers and pants on, I grab a t-shirt and
walk into the bedroom seeing her sit wrapped in my blanket, I smile at her before I help her get my shirt
o n. She looks damn sexy wearing my clothes. 1
“You look too damn good like this,” I say smiling and kissing her again. She smiles.
“You could just give me my own clothes.” She says smiling and I chuckle.
“No. I like this.” She giggles and I love that sound.

“How are you feeling Laura?” I ask
“Pretty good, that bath and massage were amazing.” She answers, and I know I just have to tease her.
“So only the bath and massage were amazing, guess I need to step up my game.” I chuckle when she
blushes.
“I am teasing you, baby.” She smiles. She rolls over to lay on her side and looks at me.
“You were amazing too.” She says blushing again. I smile and pull her in for a long soft kiss.
“So was you sweetheart.”
“Don’t lie, Liam, I know I am inexperienced. I only ever were with Miles and it was never more than
maybe 5 or 6 times, he never took his time, to get me properly into it. He took what he wanted and
either left or went to sleep. The only time he showed any interest in if I enjoyed it was our first time
together, that I was a virgin had him go crazy he said.” She tells me this looking away. I gently grab her
face making her look a t me.
“Laura promise me, that you won’t ever do something, or let me do something you don’t want to or if it
makes you uncomfortable.” I look into her eyes and she nods.
“I want words, Laura,”
“I promise.” She whisper
“Thank you.”
“You not annoyed that I am so inexperienced with sex. I don’t know much about satisfying a man.” I
smile at her,
“No baby, I will enjoy to the fullest to teach you and find out what you like.” She blushes.
“Though I won’t take you before you have given birth and are healed. You so far along now I don’t want
to risk hurting them.” She looks up at me and decides to shock her a little. I remove the blanket and
push up my shint a little, then move to kiss her round belly,
“You two pups are lucky to have such an amazing mom. And I will keep you all safe and happy.” I
whisper against her skin and kiss her belly again.
LAURA
I can feel the tears pressing in my eyes. I never expected Liam to show this amount of care, not only
for m e but for my pups as well, pups he isn’t even the father to. He looks up at me and I know he can
see that I am fighting the tears. He comes up and kisses me softly.
“Why are you crying beautifully.” He asks me softly.
“It is happy tears. I thought I would be alone.” He smiles at me.
“You will never be alone baby. And I might not be the father, but I will care for them as if I was.” He tells
m e. Pulling me into him. I snuggle into his arms and relax.
After a while Liam turned on the TV he have in the bedroom, and started a comedy on N*****y called
“The Ugly Truth” it’s a fun movie and we both laugh so much that we don’t hear when the door into this
TV room before we hear his mothers voice.
“Liam, you here?” | panic. What if she sees me. Liam notices and stands up.
“One-sec mom.” He leaves the room only shutting it so it’s only cracked open. “Hey, mom, what’s up.
You rarely come in here.” I can hear them talk.
“You weren’t in your office. So though you might be here. Pack members have asked if we will still
celebrate the end of summer. We have a lunar eclipse this year.”
“Of course, it’s still 2 weeks away. And I think we could all need it.”
“We will need to see if we have some members that want to look after the pups while we go in a run,”
Rosa says.
“I am sure if we ask Laura and have the still unshifted teens help her, then she should be fine.” I hear
Liam says. It feels good knowing they trust me.
“Yes and there are two more pregnant she-wolves over 3 months so they can help too,” Rosa tells him.
“Sounds good. So yeah just go on with the plans.” I can tell Liam is trying to make her leave.
“We will, I am making Chicken Alfredo tonight.”
“Sounds good mom”
“And tell our darling Laura that she doesn’t have to hide.”
“Mom?” Liam asks,
“Son, I am not stupid. Now go enjoy your afternoon, and you better treat her well.“ Rosa says.
“I will mom.”
I hear the door close again and then Liam comes back smiling. I hide my head under the blanket
feeling embarrassed, I feel him come into the bed and remove the blanket. novelbin

“But how, oh my god what will they think.” I begin to panic, Liam grabs my face and makes me look at
him.

“I know. But baby I barely knew her we had been together I had known her for 2 days. But yes we
mated and marked each other. Only hours after she ran after me out into a rouge attack and got killed,
yes it hurt, yes it still hurts. I know you better than I ever did her.” He tells me
“I am sorry Liam.”
“Don’t be baby, just don’t worry about overstepping a matebond I barely experienced.”
“Okay.”
He leans down and kisses me again and goes back to watch the movie. I feel so lucky and I really
would wish he had been my mate.
