Chapter 9

Allieson's Pov

I woke to the feeling of an empty bed. I don't know what I was thinking having her over I don't usually

have girls and Issac knows this too. In just one night I almost slept with her a complete stranger. I don't

know what my assistant must think of me now she probably thinks I've done this so many times. Truth

is I've never been that kinda of guy I've only had one woman in my lifetime and she's the one I've slept

with and that was way back in college, that was eight years ago I've been along ever since and I think

it's best that way but for some reason this woman drives me nut and unknowingly force things in my

head that speaks otherwise. For some reason I predict a change but is a change really what I need?

Would it end badly for me or for her? Either way it's not happening as am prepared to drive her away

with everything possible I cannot afford to love at this moment I need to get everything in place first and

she's a distraction one so powerful I have doubts in my own self.

As I walk down to the kitchen to see if she's there the scent of blueberries hits my nose and damn was

it smelling delicious.

I walked into the kitchen to see blueberry pancakes, blueberry sauce and something else it's like some

muffins to me. For I minute I wondered if Elle really took time out of her sleep to sneak in and make me

breakfast again either way am eating it. I couldn't take my eyes off them it was like they were so

intoxicating even shifted my eyes would be controlled by them!! I know what your thinking but sue me

these foods smell really great I had to try it.

Not even blessing my food I dug in, and boy I wasn't disappointed the pancakes was just marvelous. novelbin

The flavours combust in my mouth exploded like a rainbow shedding it's colour. The raw flavours could

be tasted in my mouth yet it doesn't taste like any pancake I've ever had. The Pancakes Elle usually

buy from the store had this weird taste but this was fresh quite a change honestly am delighted.

I ate all the pancakes with which was about 12, I mean don't judge a grown mans gotta eat and they

were awesome I couldn't resist.

I went into my room to see my clothes picked by assistant so I went to the shower.

The shower was long and I'll I could think about was my assistant. Honestly she was so spicy, quite

refreshing actually. It's only the first day yet she drives me like no other. She attacked my clients with

facts I couldn't even pick up on for some reason. I guess she'll be worth the fuss, she's quite

authoritative and that's good to have around. I really am not that person and sometimes it gets tiring

having to shout at my employees to keep them in line.
