Jason's POV

The lectures were getting me pissed out, I kept waiting for the school bell to ring yet it seems like it

was never coming, it has been hours since I came to school and I swear I'm already regretting it,

No student could sit close to me as fear won't allow that, who would ever want to sit beside the son

of Javier known for his ruthless magic, I'm his son and they won't risk their life of toiling with me, I'm no

different from my father, I can kill without restraining or remorse,

I'm being feared by every student, dad had taught me to be cruel and I grew that way, smiling

makes people think less of you, being wicked makes you stronger and instil fear in your opponent,

never show your weakness, kill easily and you will have victory...

This was what dad taught me and that's who I am, a devil!!

I checked the clock hanging on the wall and made a loud hiss, it was still over thirty minutes before novelbin

the school break, I lay my head on the desk in anger,

"Jason, hi..." I heard someone's voice wake me up from the short sleep that stole me away,

I raised my gaze only to see that same girl I met on my way to school, she stood in front of me

smiling sheepishly that I wonder why, does my face look funny?

"Who are you and how can I help you??" I sneered making a short frown cross her face before it

was replaced with another round of smiles,

"Don't tell me you already forgotten me, the same lady you were looking for in the Royal Park of

the silver moon this morning..." She chirped making the other students remaining in the class turn

sharply at us...

Her words must have stunned them, knowing well that I had no heart for love or thought about

mate, they were really shocked hearing I went to look for a girl before coming to school,

"Do you know I can strangle you right here and now and your father can do much!" I growled yet

she maintained those stupid smiles,

"I saw you on my birthday in the palace, I swear you look so handsome and enchanting, I was lost

staring at you..." She said out again and sat on my desk,

I clenched my fist in fury wishing she was a male, I would have pounced on her, but beating a

female doesn't go right with me after I beat one to death, I don't just know why this fucking daughter of

Daren would stay away from me like the others,

Dad isn't yet ready to go into war with her park and hitting her would cause it to start immediately, I

had to bear her sassy attitude, I won't spare her the day we would attack, she was going to be the first

person I'll kill!!!

"I was forced to attend that nonsense birthday party, it was an eyesore, I and my dad left before it

ended...fuck you!" I huffed and she frowned her face followed by a deep grunt,

"It was because of that cursed girl right??..she tried poisoning the food we would be serving you

all..." She whined and I raised my gaze abruptly at her,

"What is her name?" I asked with my heart beating somehow like I don't even understand the

sudden increase of heartbeat,

"Elena, she is rejected by everyone in the family because she is evil, a demon in disguise, but we

thank the moon goddess for giving my mother foresight like we were able to find out earlier and she is

being tortured daily..." I listened to her explain and got angry at how she was gloating,

"Where is she now?" I asked looking around,

She gasped at me and stood up abruptly,

"Jason I saw her sketch drawing in your hand this morning, it fell off and I picked it, you couldn't

even let it rest in my grip before driving back to take it away, why was that???.

.what do you have with that devil!" She snorted and I got up from my seat with fury, I was getting so

angry and how she insults Elena,

"She is not a devil and please stop talking to me, you got lucky today but may not in the future, I

don't mind using my powers on you if you persist in going against my will!!!" I gruffed and walked away

immediately,

It was broken already and I had just wasted my time talking to that girl who seemed to be a

desperate slut, well, the talk with her is a waste of time,

I got to know the name of my mate, my love, the lady after my heart, although, I'm not sure she is

my mate, dad said she can't be, dad said I can't have a mate,

But I think I'll call her my mate for now because she is the only one I got attracted to just, at first

sight, her pains were affecting me, I had even felt the great urge to save her from those tortures,

Gosh!

I was heading to the inner part of the garden, a place where no one cares to enter, I own that

territory, a place I spend my time all alone meditating as I enjoy the cool breeze,

The female student admire me from afar while the males scurried away at the sight of my coming,

"There is nothing that boy can do??...he is using his father's influence to intimidate us, he is

nothing but a pup!" I heard a voice from a group of boys who stood in a circle, they were three...

I was a bit far but could still hear their chat well, I should have walked away but I don't know why I

got interested in knowing who they were talking about,

"You mean Jason has no power??" Another asked,

"Exactly, that Jason is a pup who can't do anything, if we fight, I'll feed sand to his mouth" the one

who had been boasting blurted again raising his shoulder,

"They are talking about us?" Kane my wolf howled in rage which was passed to me,

My eyes became red in anger as I charge at the men, it was too late before they saw me,

It was useless trying to run,

"Good morning sir" the one boasting all this while greeted and I gripped his neck,

"I'm a pup right??" I growled deeply tightening my grip as he convulses to catch a breath,

The other two made to run away but I quickly send quick fireballs to them, it struck their back and

made them fall heavily on the ground with a loud groan.

"Who is a pup!!!" I yelled at the one I was holding but found out he isn't moving anymore, he was

already dead from my grip on his neck...

I released him and walked away while others scampered away in fright,

I head straight to the garden and everyone snuck away, I smirked seeing the fears in their eyes,

that was what I badly want...

Wow...

I finally got into the inner garden, the cool breeze slapped my skin and sent warmth into me,

I grinned and made to lay flat on the ground when my sight caught something like it was a human

being...

I fluttered my eyes wondering who got the gut, no one had ever stepped in here, how dare this

person go against my rule!!

I growled and moved closer only for the person to wake up and sit up, it was a female, she was

backing me, I could only see her hair,

I got more closer clenching my fist, I have not hit a female for long but I am sure to beat this one

today, she dared me!!

I got more closer and to my dismay, the strong sweet scent got into my nostrils making my eyes

widen.

I stared at her transfixed, could this be my mate??...or was I have two??

I asked myself with my eyes popped out,

"Elena!" I called out and she turned, she turned around and I saw her face, I saw it even when it

was from a metre away, I saw the pretty face and enchanting eyes,

It was her, the same girl again .
