The Witches

Chapter 6: New Pet, New School

Miriam. One of my favourite people in Meledsan so far. She has lots of stories to share and we listen to

them all day long. She's never been on earth, shocking, to say the least, and it's on her bucket list.

School starts tomorrow so she sent Jade and I home earlier today, she says we need the extra sleep.

Sweet.

We walked home.

Jade always had stories to tell. She told me about a time she and her friends robbed a bank back on

earth. That's why I love hearing her stories. They're always so fun.

We heard the whimpering of an animal. Could be injured. We walked on the road on off the road was a

forest. The sounds came from there.

"No, Tamzyn. I'm scared and cold,"

Jade said. Like she knew I was thinking of following the noise. "We'll then stay right here. I'll be back

real soon,"

She nodded her head. I love how she knew that this is one of the cases where I wouldn't take no for an

answer.

I jogged to the forest and didn't even walk long before I saw a strange blue light. I followed and there

laid what looked like an injured wolf.

It nearly made my heart stop. Blue juice came from it, knowing this strange place it might be its blood. I

rushed over to it and looked around for anything that I could find to stop the bleeding. There was

nothing. So I tore a piece of my shirt and carefully wrapped it around it's hurt paw.

I looked at the wolf. It was a black wolf, but its skin was made from dark blue light. Like the one it's

radiating and the colour of its blood. It has the same colour eyes and inside its ear is also dark blue. It's

a strange creature, we don't have any of them on earth. Cool.

Its paw was hurt so it couldn't move. That's why I had to pick it up despite how heavy he is and carried

him back into the part of town we reside.

I know there's a vet nearby. I've seen it so I took it to the vet.

"We'll take him. Fix him right up but that will be five bruowlings,"

The currency used here. Making money is so hard here. I only had five bruowlings left. I nodded my

head and gave it to the woman. I think this is fucked. Can't put a price on health.

I waited awhile. Jade went straight home. Kids can get bored so quickly.

The doctor returned and explained to me that it got into a nasty fight. It wasn't too serious but it did

break its leg. And that pain was excruciating. I asked the doctor what creature it is.

"A Tuhcan. It doesn't have a natural form but it often takes the form of a wolf, they're usually associated

with warriors because they're always ready to fight and always there to protect and serve their master,"

I grinned. "They sound awesome,"

"They are," the doctor agreed, "they however hardly have masters because they're mainly free

creatures who live in the forest," novelbin

I nodded my head. I'll read up more about them, "are they allowed at the hostels?"

The doctor nodded his head. "They are. We'll keep him overnight and you can have him tomorrow after

school,"

Shoot. School starts tomorrow. I still have to plan out what my schedules would be and that would

determine what my subjects would be. I have no idea what I want to be when I grow up. This is new to

me. This whole witch scenery, so what do I choose?

Aaliyah had Yolana set an alarm that woke us all up at once. We got up, got ready and walked to the

assembly area where the ceremony of magic took place.

All the black magic users wore black capes and drank black juice. The light magic users wore white

capes and drank white juice. Friends gathered and spoke excitedly. The newcomers sat on stage

looking at everyone. We had snacks and soon the ceremony started.

Mrs Voss and Mr Henley welcomed everyone. They gave a special welcome to us because they say

this ceremony is about us.

We were instructed to sit in a circle. The young kids like Jade made a circle, then around them was an

expanded circle containing older kids. All together it made eight circles. Young girls danced in the

middle of the first circle. In the middle was a round bath.

They danced around it and sang a beautiful song in the language about Gravak. He's the one who

gives everyone their powers.

The song ended and Gravak appeared. I was stunned by what my eyes bestowed, the most gorgeous

being to exist and I couldn't tell if it was male or female. Its face appeared soft like a porcelain doll but it

had strong cheekbones and a very strong masculine jaw-line. Big white deep-set eyes with black glitter.

Gravak was magnificent. He or she had beautiful wavy flowing hair made of gold. Their hair never

stopped flowing around them and when they moved their head, even a little bit, it flows like crazy. It

illuminated a soft yellow light that gave light to its paper white face. On her head was a pink tiara and

the green gem was formed like a flower.

Its face was oval-shaped. Small pointy chin with huge round pink lips. Its nose was tiny and it's

cheekbones high. It was a very soft pink. Its eyebrows were straight that fitted well with its brow ridge

and sloping forehead.

Its shoulders were broad and straight and its arms were masculine and passed crotch level.

They were nine feet tall, towering over all of us. It had friendly eyes and its smile lit up the place. When

Gravak appeared, everyone cheered and threw pink roses at its feet. They seemed to love them.

Gravak was in shape. Of course. It's a freaking God. It had huge breast with small pink nipples.

Straight up and down torso, great toned sixpack. Her curves were huge she wore pink tights made of

jewels that covered her thighs. She wore pink leather shoes with a huge pink diamond on it.

"My children," she spoke.

Everything about Gravak was majestic. Her voice was soft and yet so strong and powerful.

"Thank you all for the love and positive energy I feel in this room. It is once again great to be amongst

you, I'm grateful. And hello to our newest witches. May your path be filled with love and positivity and

may you find exactly what you need. I bless you all to grow and mature as witches and I hope by now

we all know that with great power comes great responsibility. Which brings us here.

Young ones. You will be given a glass and I will be pouring you water. Your water will either change

black or white, it determines on your heart and soul. Whether or not you're good or not. Dark water

takes dark classes the opposite with white water means the opposite classes. You have to accept your

fate with pride,"

The people around clapped their hands. One by one each newcomer got up with their class and

approached Gravak who reached out her hands and water poured out from the palm of her hands and

once she finished pouring the water changed colours and became a thick juice.

Aaliyah and I both got white juice. It tasted very sweet and the taste lingered in my mouth very long. As

the juice moved through my body and I could feel how it became apart of me. I could feel the power

coursing throughout me and it changed something in me. I don't exactly know what the change is but I

have a feeling that I'll know eventually.

Jade, however, she got black juice. It made me furious. I stood there disappointed in Lily, how could

she do this to Jade?

What will happen to her now?
