Chapter 5 Falling for Magnus

Coco found the car and waited for a while. The man didn't show up yet, so she squatted beside the car.

The security guard saw a girl squatting next to Magnus's car. He thought she might be a student, and

he remembered Magnus's daughter was about this age. He thought she was Magnus's daughter and

called Jensen.

Jensen was told that Magnus's daughter was waiting for him in the parking lot. So he walked into

Magnus's office. The man was reading a report and didn't think twice before he allowed the security to

take his "daughter" to his office.

Jensen told the security guard to bring the girl upstairs, and then he got back to work.

Coco was squatting there, feeling sore on her legs. When the security guard walked to her, she thought

she would be kicked out. She wanted to escape, only to be caught up by the well-trained security

guard.

The man grabbed her wrist and laughed. "Nice to see you, miss. Your father, the president, is waiting

for you in his office. Please follow me. You must be tired."

Coco was a bit confused because she didn't know what the man was talking about. However, when she

heard the word "president", she knew it was the man she met yesterday.

She followed the security guard and got upstairs. The guard had even pressed the button for her. He

told her somebody would receive her and got off at the ground floor.

Coco organized her language in the elevator. She didn't know why she had to do this. She just felt she

had to approach this man... maybe it was because he hugged her when she was helpless and

desperate.

When the elevator door opened, she saw a beautiful secretary waiting outside. Jensen arranged it for

her, and he had already left for an emergency.

The secretary had heard about Magnus's daughter, but she had never seen the girl by herself. So she

greeted Coco and took her to Magnus's office and knocked on the door. With Magnus's permission, the

secretary showed Coco in and then left.

When Coco walked in, Magnus's eyes were still fixed on the document. He was totally focused. The

sunlight poured in through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the man bathed in the light looked shining

It was the first time that Coco saw a man who was so mature, focused, and serious. The masculine

hormone was suffocating her. Her face flushed instantly upon the first glance.

Magnus finished reading the report and raised his head. To his surprise, Coco walked into his sight. He

frowned at the girl and thought maybe he should have his secretary replaced.

The two remained silent and looked at each other.

Magnus found the girl's rosy cheeks attractive. Then he recalled what happened in the car yesterday.

He looked so serious on his face, but his lower body under his desk was telling a different story.

Coco was embarrassed by his staring, so she lowered her head.

"How did you... get up here?" He had decided to rebuke her, but then he changed his mind and asked

in a softer tone.

The girl answered honestly.

Magnus understood that it was the security guard's mistake, and he was also responsible for this. His

daughter had never visited him in the company, not even for once.

"What can I do you for?"

Coco suddenly lost track of all the questions she had come up with in the elevator. The picture of his

mother and the fat man was running in her mind again, and then it was his father and the beautiful

secretary. By the way, the secretary who received him just now was also pretty. Coco wondered if she

would be like her father and mother, too.

Coco walked to Magnus when she thought what to do next.

Magnus watched the girl walking up to him step by step without saying a word.

Why did they like doing this kind of things with other people so much? Did it really feel so good that

they were even willing to abandon their family?

Coco sat down on Magnus's lap. Her clumsy arms surrounded his neck, and she was about to kiss

him.
